The property was spacious and clean and had all we needed. The bedroom was a great size and the bed very comfortable. The apartment was quiet and easily accessible, being on the ground floor. The communications from the company who managed the property were excellent. The location in Docker St was great, being close to the beach and just a couple of minutes walk from the delightful shopping village of Elwood.
The apartment was a little tired.

1) the TV set is a bit old. Netflix account can’t be used.

What breakfast? The location was great, park across the road & food and shops up the road. Roomy apartment with good space outside.
Internet didn’t work for 3 days. Tech had to fix it. Made work difficult.

The location was fantastic - close to the beach, shops and cafes. The apartment was lovely and very clean. We loved being able to have our dog stay with us - the beach was dog friendly and there was a dog park close by as well.
Parking was very tight, if we had a bigger vehicle we may not have fit (but at least there is a dedicated spot)

A comfortable and peaceful apartment in a great location. Really close to the beach and great cafes, bars etc. A really great size for a one bedroom apartment and the staff at Boutique Stays were responsive to any requests. I asked for a better clean on check in and this was immediately arranged with no fuss. All the appliances are of good quality - great if you are staying for a while. Best of all the property was dog friendly.
