Amazing place, so quiet and peaceful and perfectly situated for walking and cycling in the forests, Red Blue and Black trails within 2 miles of the property and many amazing areas to explore. Plenty of outdoor space at the property and anyone we met locally around the village was friendly so was the host. There is a community shop which opens in the mornings only and you can grab anything you need. But prices are high compared to the big supermarkets which is to be expected.

Nothing. The drive is a little steep and with bikes hanging off the back it did bottom the end bike out. No issue as we just loaded the last bike at the end of the drive but worth knowing for when you first pull up.

The house was lovely with everything you need. The location was superb. Beautiful surroundings. Lovely little shop and two delightful pubs serving very good food.

Apart from kitchen and bathroom decor needed redoing and internal doors a bit grubby. Maybe fix outside light for evening. Maybe cut the lawns before our arrival.

I loved how easy it was to access. There was space for everyone and the washing machine was a lifesaver.

There really wasn't very much at all. At a push, the only thing that would have improved our stay is a slightly bigger double bed. We are both very tall.

Just a few small things to improve the property. 1) No outside chairs, only a hard beer garden table/bench. 2) shortage of teaspoons...only three !! 3) non usable ancient can opener...took 15 mins to open a tin !! 4) WiFi code difficult to read under the tv unit...easier to put it in the house manual.

The beds were very comfortable, we all slept well.

As had been mentioned a few times, the tin opener needs replacing, and as the cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils is left up to the previous guests there were items that were not clean enough for us to feel comfortable using without cleaning first ourselves, if at all, and the appliances felt a bit grubby and for example the toaster had not been cleaned or emptied in a while. Some things looked like they’d had a quick wipe over, but considering the COVID-19 times we’re living in a more thorough cleaning in the kitchen would have been reassuring. The bathroom by contrast, the room your advised you don’t have to clean, was spotless. There was a dehumidifier in one of the bedrooms which was on when we arrived. It was too noisy to sleep with, and needed emptying almost every day, but no instructions or requests were left for it. We chose not to sleep in that room, due to the noise.

I like how it just feels like home. They even have baby stuff for our 1 yr old which was really thoughtful. I like how clean and tidy the place is. The kitchen's fantastic. We cooked a few meals and everything was there. A nice relaxing vibe is present in the property which is just amazing when you're on a holiday. The location is superb, the village is quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this enough to other travellers. MUST TRY!

What I didn't like is that we were on the road most of the time and we don't get to spend a lot of time in the place. It was such a lovely home away from home. Best one I've been in so far.

Thought the accommodation was excellent very clean and comfortable.would consider stopping again.even laid on good weather.

Sofas were to low but being six foot three inches that is a regular problem for me.

Best equipped kitchen we have ever had!! I didn’t even need to unpack the kitchen bag we take.

This is a very comfortable 3bedroomed house well equipped with everything we required including good WiFi. It has a lovely outlook over hills with a well stocked garden and was beautifully quiet. We had a very enjoyable week in unexpectedly good weather.

I can think of nothing lacking in this house.
