it was close to the beach

it was dirty. the aircon didn’t work. the windows barely opened. the driveway was too narrow to drive down unless you had a tiny car. the lounge was dirty and the seats collapsing. the stairs were dangerous. they were steep and no hand rail. the bedrooms were upstairs and bathroom downstairs. we paid for 3 nights and stayed 1. the real estate said we would get a refund but didn’t get it and never heard back from them despite constant phone calls. very disappointed and will never stay there again

great location across the road from the beach, clean, tidy a bit dated but comfortable.

There should be an air conditioner downstairs as it did get very hot.

Location was excellent, near the ocean & walk to shops. Agents friendly & helpful.

Presented well. Clean, neat and tidy. Great location for the beach and golf course.

The unit could use a new bigger fridge. Otherwise all was good.

Great location and quiet. Price was very affordable. Loved the air conditioner in the bedrooms. All kitchen appliances provided.

Had to keep car side mirrors tucked in to get down the driveway. Had a view of the carport. Wasn't on the front side of property facing beach, not mentioned in description. Could do with a mould clean up in the shower recess.

The property was very clean and the refrigerator and dishwasher appeared to be new. It was very close to the beach and the hotel for meals.

The stairway to hell up to the bedrooms,certainly not suitable for people our age..70+.. the toilet being downstairs for night visits. The oven was one that I would not cook in,very grotty looking. The garbage bins were overflowing and if the bedroom door was open the smell would waft in The little steps up to different areas were a trap. Eg.back deck,into bathroom. The arm of the shower was unable to be regulated,would not stay in a chosen position. Parking in to the garage was very tight, ending to back and fill a number of times. The driveway into the property far to narrow.

Perfect location. Right near the beach and everything in walking distance.
