Great location across from a lovely park and 10mins walk to town.

Rooms were slightly noisy - could hear muffled sounds of neighbours tv and people walking around above us and using water

Large comfortable room, pleasant staff

Dirty windows, furniture a bit worn. Very badly organized breakfast, with one overworked girl not able to keep up. No spoons, coffee machine not refilled for a while, poor layout.

We had the breakfast to go which was reasonable for the price as we were waiting on our taxi to take us to the car hire pick up. We only used the hotel as our overnight stop as we arrived late in Launceston and intended to tour the island the next day. The late night access instructions were very clear and we gained access to our room without any dramas as all staff had left by the time of our arrival.

There was nothing to dislike for an overnight stop.

Modern updated clean room

Rooms 1,2,3 are below grade - feel like you’re in a basement. Very small windows high up on the wall. No view.

Comfortable and great meals

Apart from the car park needing some work all was good.
