The hotel is in a super location, the staff in general are very friendly and service minded and breakfast is superb.

We travel with a fully electric car, and had checked in writing and verbally that the hotel had charging for an EV. When we arrived the chargers were blocked by a diesel Mercedes and two hybrids that were not charging. These cars blocking the charging was vividly defended by the reception staff. The same cars were also there in the morning, and I ended up driving 2,5km to a charging point. Waiting an hour for the faster charger to be available. Walking back to the hotel for breakfast while the car was charging, and walking the 2,5km back to the charging to pick up the car. It is beyond me that the reception staff continued to defend their way of operating, and there was not the slightest indication of an apology.

Extremely clean, very luminous, excellent decoration and quality of materials, furnishings, etc, attention to details. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent breakfast.

Easy to find, nice clean modern hotel, staff made lots of effort. Good breakfast. My second stay here in the last few years and if I need to return to this area I'll be back!

Covid local authority form was only in German, a little slip of paper to explain what it says (I still don't really know!) in another language (not necessarily English) would be good as even with google translate it didn't really make sense!

The staff at reception all spoke good English and were very helpful with the car parking. The breakfast was exceptionally well presented. The hotel management had researched my birthday, and a card and gift was waiting at the breakfast table. A most pleasant and happy surprise. A short 5 minute walk took us to the Seestern Fish restaurant as recomended by the hotel, really good quality fish and cuisine.

There was nothing that was significant at all.
