The area of the Netherlands we stayed in was peaceful and welcoming. Within a short drive was good amenities and high percentage of the dutch people speak English very easy to communicate with each other.

The indoor pool was on the cold side.

Facilities for children ok. Some of the playing areas overgrown with thistles, sometimes dog pooh around them. But the kids liked having the beach closeby and having the swimming pool

We took a tiny house where 1 of the 3 sleeping areas had no ventilation at all, no window that could open. This got very hot during the day and impossible to cool down during the night. Generally bad ventilation/air flow in the house. Also would have liked better storage options in the kitchen, there is no place to store groceries or coffe/tea, while this could easily have been created over the kitchen bench. Found a medicine strip from previous guests under the couch, luckily before the kids did.

Very welcoming staff and beautiful houses

No airconditioning or fans in the accommodation. We paid extra for bed linnen and we got exactly none. The garden was full of ants and we didn’t get any towels or toilet paper. Its actually kinda sad paying almost a thousand euros for an accommodation for the weekend. We won’t come back, ever.

Cute place

They treat people differently depending on the purpose of their stay. We were here for the Defqon 1 festival. Upon arrival they made us sign a paper with stupid rules like "don't laugh, or sing after 22" ( See the Picture for full document). Anyway having us sign this document means they knew we were here for the festival since they accepted our reservation. So why not tell us we can't benefit all the services they are supposed to offer to all guests/clients? We wanted to rent bikes but we were told as we are here for the festival this is not allowed. I would have picked a different place to stay if I knew we could not have bikes. Also this is super dangerous because you have to walk almost 3km, in a road that has no lights at all, at night, with drunk people that would rather drive than walk. They are putting us in danger just for the fact they are afraid we break a bike we could put a caution on. Anyway, I am really mad to have been treated like a crazy party animal that is just here to break everything. We are normal people, we work, we take care of our stuff and of the other people stuff. We are respectful just as anyone else, we just like a music that is different from yours, that's it. And euro parcs has the right not to want festival people, or not to offer the services, but AT LEAST inform us before and allow us to cancel the reservation for free if we really needed one of the services we can't access. Anyway, I'll be there at Defqon 1 next year, but for sure not in this camping that putted my life in danger.

Pool, kids area on the beach, beach, bike rental, water sport possible, beautiful and very quiet surrounding, overall beautiful and well thoughts holiday center.

No informational booklet in english, minimarket closed (renovation), restaurant on the beach also closed (construction), only option to eat in the premises is pizzeria charmless, not inviting and a bit dirty. Enormous amounts of bugs around the kids area. Many spider webs in the bungalow.

Drogen is not working whit visa. Fish in the water missing. Bad is not good, because is a 2 separate beds. But everything except that was amazing 👏

The location is pretty good.

The restaurant is horrible, given the focus ON Italian food they should make proper pizzas at least..

Customer service is awfull The road to the hotel was closed, but nobody told us in advance - spent 1 hour finding the way We forgot several knifes at the premises and asked if it is possible to get it somehow - no reply again. Nets against mosquittoes could be very helpfull

The location is great. Very quiet, great view and nice playgrounds for children. There are lots of activities to be done. I believe after COVID-19 will be more fun since the pool and restaurant can be opened.

The bed sheets weren't very clean (luckily we brought our sheets with us) and a couple of the appliances were broken like oven/microwave and the hood above the stovetop. However, the reception offered us a visit from the technical services to check them.
