I liked the location and the view

Location, space, main beds very comfortable.

Extra rollaway bed was a camp bed, so not very comfortable.

Excellent views, spacious apartment, well cared for and clean. Value for money was best in the area, and made for a great family holiday. Friendly and helpful management.

apartment needs some upgrades in bathrooms, too much furniture,book case ,study desk etc

Large apartment with beautiful views. Very quiet too, didn't hear anything from surrounding units.

Key lock for garage access was tight, had to get out of the car to use the key.

Easy check in after hours.

Million dollar view everything we wanted 5mn walk to beach cafe surf club.

The fact that Netflix for the kids was extra cost pool towels extra cost.

no a/c which is really weird for a place in qld where it is definitely needed. the place was not very clean

the view was excellent and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with enough plates and glasses and utensils.

Cleanliness was poor. The mat in the living area was filthy and there was a lot of mould in the shower cubicle.

We had a great stay mostly, the location is great we walked back and forth to the beach or park several times a day, the apartments a good size, the pool was lovely, we enjoyed a game of tennis, the kitchen was well stocked, undercover parking spots. If it wasn't for no AC we'd keep coming back as it has amazing potential to be a fantastic holiday spot.

We stayed during a heat wave and boy did we suffer. The fans aren't positioned over the beds, no AC at all in the apartment, we had to leave all the windows and doors open all day & night to get a breeze. There are no block out curtains so 5.30am the sun blares in to wake you, but even if you had block outs you need the breeze so couldn't even use them. Because we couldn't close the windows we had a lot of late night street noise and early morning birds. We had to move the main bed under the fan and it hadn't been vacuumed under the bed in a while. But they had a vacuum so we were able to clean the dust and wrappers away. The dining room window has no screen just a very low open window and we had young kids so we had to block it off with the table or leave it closed the whole time. I know I sound very unhappy but we really enjoyed our stay over all. I just haven't had any good quality sleep the last few days so I'm not able to fully appreciate the holiday yet.
