The roof top pool was nice at night, the staff were very kind at all levels, the room was plenty big enough and the beds comfortable. The gum serves basic needs, not for a hardcore trainer for sure, but at least there is one. Breakfast was nice and a la carte

The windows were single glazed thus a bit noisy at times. The main disturbance is given by the air conditioning motor which is outside but technically in the bathroom. It isn't isolated bya glass but only by some aluminum blades the let air in the bathroom, but also the noise. So unless you keep both the bathroom door and the bedroom door closed it feels like having a tractor in the room if you like the aircon on at night like we do. Apart from that all great

after some days it was really dirty in the apartment because there was no house keeping even though we asked. it was said it‘s not included. should be automatically included if the stay is longer than a week.

Nothing went well as we could not stay at this accommodation we PAID for! We could not get in as WiFi was required to contact the person who was supposed to be on-site to meet us. So no person to welcome us and no WiFi available! It was a dodgy location too. So there we were, three business travellers stranded. This was the worst experience ever, and I will not recommend this dangerous place to anybody. And no, we did not receive any compensation!

Good size apartment, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was good. Not far from the beach and the pool and sunset from the roof was good value.

No broom or cleaning clothes etc. A few more essentials in the kitchen would have been handy.

We stayed one night because our flight arrived late, the space was good, very clean and ok overall. There is a small gym, free parking and good coffee downstairs.

Not much to like except it was close to our family. The padaria two blocks over was good

Everything! They don’t supply you with anything. You book it thinking its a hotel and its not. Its a privately owned room in a hotel. With a regular hotel you can use all amenities and even get toiletries bit not here. For a 12 day stay we only had 4 towels could not get clean ones. Had to go buy our own towels and wash when we did laundry. 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom (2 bathrooms total) had to go buy some. The Ac in the living room was broken not working. If you want to do laundry you have to go off site. Not allowed to use the washer or dryer that is on site. Every other day the elevator was broken and down for hours. The room had no view we faced the hospital and the hotel mar that was the next block over. That hotel looked amazing and was fully booked or we would have gone to that one. This was our first trip to Boa Viagem and this place we stayed was the worst. I do not recommend it if you have a family your money will be better spent somewhere else than here.

Good place to stay!

It was not in the best part of city, accross from busy hospital and very busy street. Not far from ocean, so that was good but not much of a view at all.

Shower and bathroom was bad. Floor/cleanliness was VERY BAD...NO WAY this room was cleaned prior to my arrival, and after 2 weeks worse obviously. Front desk having little to know english made it difficult to communicate this. and anything else. LAUNDRY is a JOKE. 5 hours for 2 loads and my clothes were still wet and the door of dryer never opened. Washer and Dryer is HORRIBLE and need to throw away. I could have gone in the nasty creek across street and cleaned my clothes better. Please throw away crappy washer and dryer and stop wasting customers time.

Staff was sympathetic with our comments. The manager was dismissive of feedback and in denial of the clear problems eg.: broken fittings and no hotel landline nor internet. simply horrible!

Hotel is clearly run down! the apartment was not clean! There was no bedding nor towels for all guests booked! we had to go to another hotel to start the holidays.

Good apartment for a family, with two separate bedrooms and a good living room. Breakfast was very good, with high quality food in general.

- Hotel stays in front of a chaotic traffic light where no one respects red or yellow and you hear horns for at least 4 hours a day. - No service at the swimming pool bar. People leaving stuff on chairs continously, without anyone from the hotel staff to look after. - Some staff members were very unpolite. Service like a flat, but not hotel. - It is a risky neighborhood for a walk.

Location was very convenient, near the airport and the property has its own parking area. Rooms are big and comfortable for hotels in this category.

Air conditioning and TV remote controls should be replaced once on pair were broken.

Breakfast was included, and was very nice. The check-in was headache-free thanks to Victor. Our room (1608) was very large: it included a bedroom, living room and kitchenette.

The big problem was that housekeeping simply did a terrible job in this room. Besides the windows being covered with fingerprints, we found a used bar of soap in the shower. There was only a half-roll of toilet paper and no back-up in the room. There is a rooftop pool and bar. Unfortunately, the bar was unattended, even though they post the hours of operation. I called the switchboard and they told me somebody was on their way up, but after waiting 30 minutes, we gave up.

Breakfast just ok, but the lack of options for lunch and dinner is something to have in mind. There is room for improvements..

We had an 8th floor queen room which was spacious with a separate lounge area. The roof top pool and seating area had fantastic views across Boa Viagem.
