The motel itself was nice. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Disappointing we didn't get to use the pool facilities due to the weather being so cold!
The female owner was rude and abrupt the entire time. Never smiled once and made my family feel like we were an inconvenience. We woke up late on the day we were checking out and the lady was extremely rude about it. Her husband on the other hand, was friendly and helpful. I understand the owners are busy, but we were on holiday and the female owners' demeanour had a negative impact on our stay. We won't return to this motel because of this

Great living space for the family and we didn’t have to worry about the car as it was in a lock up garage under surveillance. Bonus was the laundry which is a must with little children.
The residents that we met were very friendly and happy to share their pool space with us.
The air conditioning was only in the living space and didn’t flow into the bedrooms and the microwave wasn’t clean properly.

We have previously stayed here and liked the facilities. There is a great pool and all you could need for a comfortable stay
I was nervous with the kids. There are no child proof railings on the balcony and easy to climb for little ones, plus there is a gap in the staircase where little ones could fall through.

It was great for my daughter and children . The room was lovely.
The lady on check in wasn’t very friendly. She was quite surly. No smile , no welcome, was more interested if we had more guests than booked. I explained that it was for my daughter and I was staying elsewhere. The room had no power on check in. But this was sorted by a lovely kind man immediately.

No shampoo or conditioner and limited toilet paper. Noisy at night you could here every door close from other apartments

Too many stairs with little children. I wasn't aware there was no lift and we were on the third floor.

Friendly staff, clean linen and towels, warm (we didn’t need to turn the heater on at all in July), lovely balcony area, quiet, comfy beds, plenty of room for family of 5. Convenient basement parking with easy access for guests only to their rooms.
Our kids want to come back to experience the pool, they loved the park and we all enjoyed the local shops, all within easy walking distance, especially the coffee from Oh Sugar Sugar.
Kettle needs replacing.

It was very comfortable with plenty of room to move around. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also very close to the shops we could walk to them and also the park over the road for my grandsons who are 5 and 8. The beach is over the park as well and the boys enjoyed playing in the sand and water. There is also a beautiful clean pool to swim in and the view from our apartment looked right at the pool.

A very family friendly place located right across a park and shops. We had the room on the first floor with massive balcony overlooking the sea. Very spacious rooms and well equiped with assorted games for both children and adults.
The building could use a lift. We experienced a bit of a struggle to carry things up and down the stairs.

The unit was perfectly positioned for our stay! the pool was lovely and we were right near shops and cafes!
