Terrific apartment with a sweet location. Easily walkable to lots of great neighborhoods. Host is responsive and helpful. What more could you want?

Location is very nice in downtown Vancouver. Property manager is kind and good.Room is clean.Definitely I want to stay again, when I come back to Vancouver!

We drove into town and was very excited to see the views and the scenery. Damian was very helpful through messaging and responded rather quickly to my questions. His daughter met us to let us in and show us around. We enjoyed the space for the short time we was there. It was nice to be in an area where we could walk around and explore and the views of the city at night was nice. I would definitely stay here again if available.

This property was a nice unit. It was lovely having the inside patio to feel like i was sitting outside but not dealing with the cooler weather or dangling from a high story. Everything worked well, there was appropriate things for all our needs. Only notes for improvement - shower was not intuitive to turn on or off. Felt kind of stuck initially and then couldn't get it to stop dripping. Also some coffee mate for coffe would be lovely. Thats a luxury, but would have made for the best experience as we didn't pick up any milk or cream on the way in.

It is a very convenient apartment with all basic necessities and parking right in the middle of Vancouver downtown. Damian was very efficient and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would highly recommend him for any future stays!

Excellent location! Great apartment for two. Couldn't have been better in all aspects!

The condo was clean, the artwork on the walls was all by the same artist and was beautiful and thought provoking. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, sitting on the veranda doing my studies and enjoying a coffee with such a lovely view of the hustle and bustle of city life was such a change of pace from my small town living. 10/10 would stay again!

Wonderful light and spacious one bedroom. Bed was comfy. Kitchen well stocked, but we didn’t cook. Hot tub was out of service but otherwise very happy with our stay.

The building has secured underground parking that fit our full size pickup truck, albeit tight, it still fit. It had a full kitchen and you have access to laundry, a lap pool, jacuzzi and gym in the building

Not very clean and the bed was not very comfortable but the location and price made it worth it.

The entire process dealing with Damian was completely effortless and he was a pleasure dealing with. He was very accommodating on check-in/check-out times and made himself available if we required anything at all. We will definitely be staying here again if the condo is available! Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Damien’s well-appointed place. It was in a great location for exploring the city and the convenience of designated parking on site can’t be understated. Damien was readily available and gracious in showing us around. We especially appreciated the late checkout when our flight was delayed. Would book there again.

Damian and Elitza were fantastic and accommodating hosts. They were extremely responsive, and gave us a great tour of the unit as well as the building (even despite arriving so late in the day due to our flight). Moreover, even after forgetting something in the room prior to departing to our flight, Damian came in to save the day and let us in one last time to salvage our things. Our location was 10/10, we couldn’t have been in a safer and more central area. We were minutes away from a beautiful grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, cafés, shops, and museums. Moreover, the street itself was quite quiet as it’s surrounded by office buildings. The unit itself was well kept and super clean, had working AC, and had an extremely functional kitchen. Moreover, we had the luxury of having beautiful city views from our large windows. The building itself is one of a kind. It had a fantastic lap pool as well as a jacuzzi, a giant terasse (that felt like a private penthouse balcony), and a compact (but stocked) gym as well. The stay was truly perfect and my only regret was leaving as soon as I did. Seriously don’t hesitate booking your stay here as you’ll get to experience the comfort of a home while staying in a building that feels like a luxury hotel.

The owner is 200% good and friendly. I left my key inside the property and he helped me out luckily, even though he lived far away from the property. The location is the best, quiet and upscale in downtown Vancouver with all the luxury brands and famous high end restaurants within steps. An excellent stay! I will definitely come back and book next Time when I am in town.

Location was perfect! Very central and close to shops, restaurants and public transportation.

- great downtown location - landlords were very responsive to questions and inquiries - very comfortable, modern and clean - check-in process could have been a bit more streamlined - very clean

Bright, comfortable, roomy condo. Great location - everything is in walking distance. Terrific to have a parking spot provided (drove in from Ontario). Laundry facilities on the third floor were clean and easy to use. Great to have an outside patio adjacent to laundry room to lounge on and read while waiting for the machines to do their thing. We would stay here again if the opportunity arose.
