Great location on Picton's waterfront, right next to shops, restaurants and cafes and convenient for ferry access. Good instructions to collect property keys on arrival.

The property should provide a 'starter pack' or basic pantry items other than tea/coffee/milk. Also, given Picton's proximity to the Marlborough wine region, a welcome bottle of wine would have been very appreciated. This is almost always provided when booking apartments in other parts of the world.

Modern clean and a great location. Apartment had everything you needed. Excellent communication.

The beds were average for comfort. Also couldn’t use the key provided for the use of the pool.

The property location is outstanding and so convenient to bars, cafes, shops and the waterfront. The views from our apartment in Tower 1 were stunning, especially waking up in the morning and seeing two cruise ships coming into the beautiful harbour. Gorgeous, old historical building, which appears to be called both the Oxley Hotel and Picton Waterfront Apartments. No issue with noise. The two bedroom and two bathroom apartment was perfect for our travelling party of 2 couples. Having a bathroom for each couple was ideal. The apartment was clean, tidy and modern with good well-equipped kitchen facilities, a nice comfortable lounge/dining area and a great balcony with some outdoor seating to look at the views. The bathrooms were both fully tiled, clean and modern and all the basic toiletries were provided. I liked the cabinet and bench space in the bathroom to put my toiletries, good lighting and heated towel rails. The shower also had good pressure. The bedrooms were great with space on the floor for luggage and the beds were comfortable. One bedroom had a view and access to the balcony while the other one was at the back with a view over to a parking lot.

Not much that I didn't like. Although I was given good long instructions for where to find the lock box, it still took a little bit to find the right place to look as there were other lockers, but got there in the end. My only other feedback would be to improve the hair dryers to get ones that are more powerful for women with thick and long hair. Also it would be nice if a slightly bigger bottle of milk was provided as not enough for 4 people.

Easy access. Secure garage- perfect for leaving our precious bikes on a bike rack and knowing they were out of sight from scallywags with nefarious intent! The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. The location is superb with a wonderful view over the marina and into the Sounds. Would be a great place to chill out over summer with a bottle or two of Marlborough wine.

Only one thing I could identify- the pillow wasn’t to my liking.

Very cool downstairs at night time in 2nd bedroom. Stairs were very creaky and disshwasher loud so don't put it on when you go to bed.

The view over the harbour was amazing. The apartment was like a home away from home.

There was no lift from the garage. The facilities stated a lift. I understood it was a townhouse but there were a lot of stairs to navigate with suitcases. The garage was being used by the owner, it made it difficult to park our car. There was also maintenance being done in the adjoining townhouse. A lot of banging, drilling etc. I would have expected to be advised beforehand.

Location was excellent. Easy walk to eating places, harbour sights and cruises.

Great location in easy walking distance to all one could want to see and do. Large rooms and very quite overnight.

Parking is a bit of a squeeze but, you are getting a secure carpark free with the room so shouldn't complain.

Lovely view from the balcony. 2 bathrooms, not just toilets, but showers and hand basins too😊 Fantastically appointed kitchen, we cooked a roast!! Full size oven and fridge.

Being very picky here… the plastic outdoor furniture and the plant pots could do with an upgrade, but with the lovely view, there is no reason to look at them😂If you have a big car, the parking would be difficult, but there is plenty of parking nearby
