L'emplacement est un délice pour les gourmands de flâner dans les cafés et les cafés-terrasses ou de se faire connaître auprès de Mme Tops, STIsisdores, de la figue trépidante, du bar à vin Harvest, des pèlerins, etc.
Les logements sont climatisés, parking, garage, buanderie, cuisine entièrement équipée, 1. 5 salles de bains, très joliment aménagées chambres king et queen, avec de nouveaux et superbes matelas et literie, salons en cuir avec smart TV. La porte de garage commandée à distance mène à une cour verrouillée, ce qui permet de ranger de manière sûre les vélos, les planches de surf et les cannes à pêche. Was a relaxing stay in a clean and comfy home. It was close to shops and cafes and rooms and beds were a generous size. Easy entry and exit, and two toilets were handy as well. Thanks for having us!

The Butler is a well presented, comfy, well appointed property in a quite complex just of the main street of Milton, NSW. It had everything we needed and is within easy walking distance of eateries, boutiques, pubs and what is the best IGA supermarket I've ever seen (great deli and grog shop). I'd certainly stay there again!

Good overall. Dissapointed the towels were wet, windows were dirty and fan in bathroom dirty,this was a turn off. Couple of annoying issues such as poor shower water pressure but overall was ok.

From the moment we arrived at the Butler, unit 4, we felt right at home. The surroundings were very comfortable and the property is well presented. Also, the property is conveniently located close to all amenities in Milton. Take a bow owners and operators

The villa is perfectly located near the main street with very short, easy stroll to all shops, pubs, IGA etc. Very clean and quiet plus privacy. All the basics are provided and lots of extras. We only stayed a weekend but comfy and well appointed enough for a longer stay. Netflix was a very appreciated bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Charming and convenient - 4.5 stars
Well-lit, charming villa in a good location. Nice layout and interior, comfortable minimalist. Huge beds, nice set up in the lounge and kitchen. Great stay!

Bring your own oven mitt/s.
Take care not to put rubbish in the neighbour's bin in front of the villa - the bins are out the back (we received a warning on arrival from the neighbour).
A musty plant smell comes into the front bedroom from the hedge in front of the house, but if you close the window you can moderate the temperature with a control panel on the hallway wall.

We have friends in Milton that we haven’t seen in two years so we needed to catch up.This property had a great location only a few minutes walk to IGA shops and restaurants.Our stay was very comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Beautiful townhouse close to town.
We had a lovely stay. The property was clean and comfortable for my family of 5. Great location being walking distance to Milton and 5 minutes from the beach. Will definitely book again!

Great location 2 bedroom unit in central Milton.
The unit is location location. The lounge/dining has good furnishings. The kitchen is a bit outdated - we only did the minimal as we had family nearby. The beds are good, the sheets/blankets & doonas good. The towels are all new. There are 2 separate toilets which is a plus. The bathroom really needs some maintenance- the shower screen is broken & I found it very awkward getting into & out of shower. There was an area between vanity & shower that was dirty & had lots of hair! The front porch had some good views around the other units - unfortunately I don’t think it had been cleaned recently! There is an aircon in the lounge area, but no fans or aircon in bedrooms. In the main bedroom there were no screens on windows. We didn’t use the stove, but it looked as thought it hadn’t been properly cleaned as there were splatters on the splash back . I do think a small dishwasher is expected these days. The unit isn’t one for a holiday stay, but ok for staying for work or family. It’s very quiet given its closeness to the Highway, but I felt it was a little like staying in a retirement village. So great location, but needs some maintenance & updating & perhaps more attention to cleaning.

Excellent size and well equiped. However, if you have a large 4 wheel drive, the garage is snug. Cannot unpack in the garage as requested as there is insufficient room to open the doors.
