there wasn’t anything we didn’t like, everything was how we expected and honestly more. The only downside was how difficult contacting the host could be, but when you finally did they were so sweet

老板的态度，服务质量挺差的。打车到了旅馆，联系不上老板，也没人出来接待，一个人都看不到，电话也接不通，旅馆在曲折破烂的小胡同里，半夜有点吓人。只能拜托司机给老板打电话，结果👎🏻老板说 不让入住，因为房间有故障... 有故障为什么不提前告知？连个留言都没有？把我们弄的猝不及防，无比生气。后来说，她有两家旅馆，可以自己再打车去她的另外一家，但不在平台上.... 到这儿就已经让人更不安了... 最后被迫接受房间降级，双卧降为单卧，还得自己大半夜打车过去，去了之后，老板压根不出来接待，我们找了半天才找到房间，一进去就看到了沙发上的蚂蚁和大壁虎.... 很潮，有点儿霉菌味道.... 房间里还有个后门，都不能反锁.... 总而言之，如果不是因为要去斯米兰，要选一个离机场近的酒店多睡会，肯定不会选这里的。老板娘的态度特别屌，堪称吊炸天，一副 就不提前告诉你， 爱住不住不住拉倒的态度。体验极差。怎么说呢，老板中文挺好的，只是态度不好。

I had informed the hotel about my late check-in due to a late flight. They didn’t seem to have a problem with it at first but then they sent me a message on the same day of my arrival at 5 pm that they have changed my hotel. The message was not delivered to me because I was in my flight. We reached the property and it was a very shady spooky area. No light for visibility either. No reception area. I contacted the hotel and they said they informed me about the change of hotel. Now we stood there helpless not knowing where to go. The other guests staying there were kind enough to offer us to sit and wait in their patio as we also had an infant with us. The hotel manager kept arguing that why did we go to the hotel when she informed us of the change of hotel. After a long chat with her she finally agreed to pick us up and take to the other hotel. This all led to a very poor and scary start to our trip. My suggestion to the hotel is to not take any bookings they can’t manage especially for odd hour check-ins. Since this hotel is close to the airport, they should understand that travellers will mostly want to stay the night if they are arriving late in town. So please cancel bookings ahead of time or confirm with customer prior. Not at last minute.

Clean basic accommodation in quiet area. About 25 mins walk to the beach.

Not staffed so make sure you turn up when you say you are going to. Hard to cross the busy main road to the beach as no crossings.

Team - guys are friendly, kind and responsible, when facing with a problem they do their best and solve it. Location: the Nai Yang beach - 15mis walk or 5min by bicycle, 7eleven 24h is really nearby, restaurants with great food and local prices, including vegan restaurant across the street. Silence (just birds and natural sounds) The bungalow itself and its size and brightness, the atmosphere of a lovely village house Water bottles provided.

Room cleaning has to be regular: better if it is more often than once per 10 days. (maybe we were just unlucky, probably in other bungalows the cleaning was provided more often) Light in the kitchen is so-so, at evening it can disappear. Maybe there is a problem with old electrics. No kettle in the kitchen. All this nuances did not make the staying here uncomfortable, we enjoyed staying here so much. The place is wonderful, and the managers - brother and sister are responsible, easy to communicate and very friendly. The problems we faced while staying they have urgently resolved.
