I really enjoyed my time there and the host is great. The room was comfortable, clean and the kitchen had all the essentials. Even a bottle of wine was provided. The location is great, it's just a view meters to the beach and there are other beaches nearby. The accomodation is reachable by bus and it it probably to go to other places on the island. There's also a restaurant in the building with really delicious food.

Christopher's Sandy Beach Suites is a fantastic place to have summer holidays. The room we stay was look even better than in the photo. It is newly renovated, very clean and bright. If you wish peaceful and calm holiday it is the place to visit for sure. The owner and the people working in the hotel were extremely friendly. Always ready to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The food served in the hotel restaurant was actually very tasty and personally I liked the most Kleftiko and Tsipora :00). Delicious. Both beaches nearby: Sandy Bay and Nissi Beach were amazing. I highly recommend Christopher's Sandy Beach Suites to all my friends. If I visit Ayia Napa and hope I will , no doubt I will stay in this stunning place. Thank you very much!!!!

the location is excellent, close to Sandy bay beach and Nissi beach. Very clean, everything functional and modern. The staff is very friendly and communicative. Excellent food at the restaurant. The specialties made in the clay oven are very good. Next time we will definitely choose this location.

Everything was just perfect! Spyros and Phytos are great guys, very human, helpful, kind, we really felt like at home. Accommodation is well equipped, clean and practical. Usually there is always something you could claim or argue about. But this place is different, you have to try you will see, there is nothing negative. Location is great, on Sandy bay beach, quite at night, but still close to the center and also to another beaches. Kitchen downstairs is very tasty. Thank you so much guys for your hospitality, which made our first stay at Cyprus 100% perfect!

The apartment is beautiful, great hosts, always very nice and welcoming. They helped us with all questions and requests, we even stayed longer! They also have a great restaurant dowstairs. The location is perfect, walking distance to Nissi beach. The apartment is modern and has everything you will need for a great stay. We decided to go for the apartment instead of a hotel as we found most restaurants in the area are very touristy and costly for what you eat. By staying in the apartment we cooked and had beautiful meals looking at the sea on the great terrace that the apartment has. We had an amazing, relaxing time!

Everything was perfect! Great accomodation, very clean, spacious, view and location is amaizing, it is almost on the beach. Host Spyros and Fitos are really great, they provided best customer service and they are preparing traditional food and it is very delicious. We really liked everything and we will be back.

The host Spyros was very friendly and available to answer our questions even before arriving to Cyprus. The check-in process was very smooth. The hotel is located right at Sandy beach, and a short walking distance to Nissi beach and around 20 min to the pub street. The studio was great, spacious, extra clean. It had everything you might need from a small kitchenette and all the necessary kitchenware, toaster, cooktop etc... and everything was spotless! The beds were comfy, the bathroom was very clean and modern. We had sunbeds even on our balcony. It was simply perfect and you feel at home since everyone is friendly and helpful. You also get 15% discount in the restaurant. The host allowed us to have a late check-out since the room was not occupied yet, which was perfect and we really appreciated the nice gesture. We loved the place and we will surely stay there next time we are in Ayia Napa.

The staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly. Spyros met us when we arrived at 00:30 and went through everything with us. Couldn't have been more helpful even though we were so late. The location is perfect. It's very close to the main town but far enough to be away from the noise, about a 10 minute walk to the action if that's what you're after. Sandy Bay is just beautiful. Lovely to sunbath and great if you fancy a snorkel, at one point I found myself in the middle of two large schools of fish! There are loads of great places to eat nearby, including a restaurant at the apartments, and it's very easy to rent a car if you want to go further afield.

Perfect vacation. Apartment was very clean at our arrival and was cleaned very good between our stay. Place is quiet but it's still near city center and Nissi beach. Owner and staff are very friendly and they give us a lot informations. Food in restaurant was also very very good. Nothing else to add...Just perfect.

Hard to list all the items (we were happy with everything) that we liked during our stay. Spyros and the whole hosting crew was very friendly and helpful, and their attitude (and hard work) are making the Suites and the Restaurant a loveable and perfect place. We were staying for 7 days, but surely will come back in the future - hopefully for longer period.

Perfect location, I believe the best in Ayia Napa! Suite was super clean and comfortable, and I must say big thanks to Spyros and his friend who were such a wonderful hosts, we felt like home! We will definitely come back here.

The staff was so sweet and made the stay just great! They also make the best tzatziki 😊 The Beach was amazing with the cleanest most pristine water. The visibility when snorkelling was also very good. The location is very quiet compared to ayia napa centre, which makes for the best relaxing vacation. At last the thing I loved the most was the staffs love and compassion for the stray cats that live in the area🙏🏽

The apartment that we stayed in was very new and is furnished with high quality materials. The bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment is located at the quieter end of town and is just a few meters from one of the quieter beaches in Ayia Napa. There is a very good & quiet restaurant onsite. The staff are an extremely friendly team and are always available to help you. We are very grateful to everyone at Christopher´s Sandy Beach Suites and hope we can return one day.

Perfect apartments with perfect location with amazing Spiro owner of the property.

Amazing place with a sea side view, we enjoy our stay here. Friendly people, good wifi signal, easy access to beach, market, restaurant, also close to nissi beach. Also very clean and stylish with option of having a night blue lighting in the flat and balcony. Also we love the bed, is so huge, you can fit 4 people in it😉
