We loved everything about the resort. Beautiful and quirky architecture, clean beach, fabulous pools, amazing staff, large grounds and lots to do. It was our anniversary and we arrived to a beautifully decorated bed and a delicious cake. Thank you very much. We had an amazing time.
Absolutely nothing

Beach. Very nice beautiful. But we had a lot of garbage in the water due to the currents this time of the year. The rest is Fantastic.

Every single detail. Architecture, staff, food, beach, pools… simply everything
I have not found anything.

Just about everything
Hard to think of anything

The property is beautifully designed. So much effort has gone into the detail. Even though it is themed around a University from the 1920s it is artfully done. There is absolutely no sense of it being a kitsch theme park. Rather this is a homage of 1920s elegance.
The staff are attentive, warm, welcoming and professional. It made our stay memorable.
The location is beautiful and so restful. Despite the guest capacity it is incredibly tranquil.

Amazing hotel buildings, architecture and territory. The best we have ever seen. Each millimeter has its own decorations.
Very good breakfast
Beautiful beach area. Nice sand. Water itself is blue and clean (except plastic garbage - see below)
Nice rooms
Nice location
No gluten free support. Very inaccurate. Every time we needed to remind. No gluten free food on breakfast. Only by request. Staff is proposing gluten meals and sometimes even doesn’t know what is it. It was very dangerous.
Very bad beach area cleaning. Full of garbage every hour. Only one cleaning lady from service company. hotel
Doesn’t have own cleaning staff. The water area is being cleaned with net only by request. A lot of Garbage coming from the sea every minute: bottles, shoes, plastic etc
Sun is covering beach area only until 3:30 pm.
VERY EXPENSIVE Restaurants. Price is enormous. 5-6 times more expensive then in Vietnam. And a la cart restaurants are not so tasty: Beer which cost 10k here is 110k. Fish for 1mln is very poor. Just fish and spicy sauce.
Most of the staff don’t speak English. Hard to explain anything.

The rooms are phenomenal, we had the most beautiful view of the ocean and palm trees. There was a lot to see and do within the resort. The staff were always attentive and caring. We loved our stay!
I booked a couple spa treatment which was very expensive, not an issue with price, except what was on the photo in the phamplet did not match what we received and I could into take any content for my socials.

The interior design is gorgeous, with the mixture of classic - indochine style. Staffs are very helpful
Food price in the restaurants are insane, 300000vnd for a banhmi!!

The pristine beachfront location and design focus of the resort was impeccable. Top marks for Bill Bensley! The customer service was also the best I’ve ever received at a beach resort.
Potential for sandflies near the beach. Our son received a lot of bites at sunset one day, but we didn’t get any. The staff were very helpful in getting our son checked by the hotel nurse and also assuring us additional pest control would be attempted.

Very nice rooms and common areas; Well-groomed beach. Friendly and helpful staff.
The resort is a bit isolated (for someone it could be a plus) and some activities were out of service (probably due to the low turnout). The check is was a little slow (a friend of mine had to wait for the room more than one hour in the afternoon And not in early morning). All thing considered, the price-Quality ratio has not been fair.

It was a great stay and the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. The resort is located on a great beach where you can just roll down from your room to enjoy.
The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy, the bathroom is big and there unlimited drinking water provided for free anywhere in the resort which was highly appreciated.
The beach is amazing, there are many different pools to choose from, the sunbeds are great, there were free to use kayaks and paddle boards and many toys for the sand for the little ones.
The kid center is cool, our child enjoyed it and he was surrounded with attention from the ladies working there.
The breakfast was also great.
Very few things I didn't like. One is that the hotel could work on the rooms cleanness. Generally it was fine but when looking into details you could see many areas for improvement especially in the shower area and curtains.
The other one is that there were not many vegan options for dinner available for a high end resort like this but we found other options in proximity of the resort. I am confident that the staff would have arranged something but there was a misunderstanding between vegan and vegetarian.
BUT we would definitely come back and hopefully the see the improvement ;)

Thank you to the lovely staff especially Katrin, Toan (concierge) & Thuy. The bicycles for use were a great idea.
The food taste and quantity can be better. The shops all closed were not fun :(
There should also be complementary transfers to other nearby beaches or free sight sees or themeparks or Vinpearl or Night Market in town for a fee as many foreign tourists and not many drivers speak english.

the design is funky and interesting, exploring the hotel is fun, food is actually pretty good and the activities were great. I think it will be perfect for family trips
the food and massage in the hotel were a little overpriced, not that they were not great but compared to the Vietnamese standard and the 5-stars hotel standard in this country it would be a bit expensive.

The concept and design of the hotel, the territory and the garden, the personnel and service were exceptional. Also the hotel provides a lot of activities for free (bike tours, yoga, paddle, game room, live music, etc.)

not a great food offer. too expensive and not great

Room, facilities, staff, hotel. Everything great. Nice beach right outside our door.
The location of the hotel. While it's not isolated in any sense, it is in the southern tip of the island and far away from all good restaurants and touristy activities.
5.0 / 5.0
Large room and sunken balcony with amazing facilities from the massive gymnasium; choice of beachfront swimming pools - including a kids pool near the childcare centre; breakfast buffet like Harrods Food Hall; soft golden white sandy beach that’s kept very clean plus extremely well trained staff throughout! The general manager actually walked around the restaurant during breakfast each morning and spoke to guests!
The bed was queen sized (150cm wide) and at this price point a 180cm wide King bed would be expected.

very friendly staff, beautiful beach and best breakfast ever! (really great food and many options)
we were upgraded to a beach front room upon arrival which was great!
the room smelled a bit funny (moldy/ very humid) but we were grateful for the upgrade though. though we had a great stay we do felt food and beverages are a bit overpriced.

Beautiful colonial style resort in a renovated university. They gave us a beautiful room on the top floor with super high ceilings and a great view. Great and clean beach. Food was delicious.
It’s very isolated, located in a rather artificial resort town. Feels a bit like a mini Disneyland town. Signage is confusing and we got lost a few times. Pricey. 2-3 nights is more than enough.
4.5 / 5.0
The private beach is beautiful and the bars nearby.
The decoration in our hotel room
Our new year degustation menu at the Pink Pearl restaurant was fantastic.
The location is remote and a bit over-priced and the hotel is not maintained very well, you can find broken mirrors or areas not clean very well which should not be happened in a luxury hotel
The supervisor lady at spa center is not friendly

ambience. helpful staff, good suggestions for dinner spot outside of the hotel
the balcony coach fabric faded maybe due to sunshine.
