Blocul este dintr-o generație mai veche, dar la etajul 10 nici nu se simte vreo diferenta este luminos, spatios si aveti o garsoniera transformată in mini penthouse😊 Primitor, curat, cochet, aerisit, cu 1utilități: frigider, cuptor cu microunde, fier de călcat, masina de spălat, fierbător, filtru de cafea și f. f. Important Aer Condiționat. Am stat foarte confortabil. Spațiu ideal pentru una sau doua persoane. Locul se mai numește Rotonda, este la strada principala, la doua stații de tramvai Teatru, Universitate, centrul vechi. In tramvai puteți achita cu cardul.
Eu voi mai sta aici, când voi reveni.

Excellent communication and assistance with the owner. She was so generous about the late check-in and even a late check-out was possible which suited perfectly to my further travel schedule.

You can park in the apartment parking lot, and you can use the air conditioner and washing machine. value for money is the best

The house was incredibly old, the entrance dirty and the elevator so old I didn't really trust him!

The plase was clean and comfortable. It has everything you need. The owner was very kind and give us insteuctions for parcing, because we was with a car.
The apartment is in the old and ugly building with bad smell. The front door was not trustable.

Very nice, comfortable and clean apartment, great wi fi. Microwave, washing machine and television perfectly working. Excellent transport links to the centre right outside the building, and supermarket and chemist on the doorstep.
The building is old and not very good-looking, (but don't let this mislead you) although very quiet! It would be great to have some newer pans.

The apartment is located in a big Soviet-style building, on the 10th floor with good views. The apartment is pleasant and well finished. You have everything available, a spacious and comfortable bed, a kitchen, a microwave and a fridge, fast wifi. I have read some comments that worried me a little about possible noises, but my experience was very positive and I found a quiet environment for a good rest. Good communication with the staff. I recommend

A/C worked! Host wast very friendly and the apartment was very nice even if it was in an old building. Bed was comfortable!

The place was very clean and with all needed amenities. A big plus for me was that it is indeed non-smoking, no smell of smoke!

The value for money was good. The studio was fine. The host was nice and flexible
At night, there were people making all kind of noises from the other apartments in the block of flats. In addition, there were strange sounds like people knocking/smashing the walls after 9pm so it was quite hard to fall asleep.
Last but not least, i had to go down at the parking lot and bring something from my car> lots of beggers through my path and when i came back on our floor level, there was no lights and one creepy guy was sitting on the stairs going to the next floor. From the elevator to the sudio I rushed I could hear he tried to follow me in the studio. Did not feel safe at all.
