Già dai primi contatti telefonici il signore non era particolarmente gentile, alla mia richiesta del posto macchina (che tra l'altro é incluso nei servizi offerti dalla struttura) mi é stato risposto "chi prima arriva parcheggia" e al momento dell' arrivo il parcheggio era "accostati più che puoi al muro". Un altro servizio incluso nella struttura era l aria condizionata, bene, i condizionatori ci sono ma non funzionano, quando l' ho contattato per riferire si é presentato all'appartamento senza preavviso, anche abbastanza infastidito dalla chiamata, dicendo che lui mon ne sapeva nulla.

Siamo rimasti positivamente sorpresi dall'appartamento molto ampio, ristrutturato a nuovo e ben arredato. Marko molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile. La posizione è molto tranquilla, comoda per raggiungere le spiagge libere o attrezzate in 5 minuti a piedi e in 10 minuti si arriva al centro storico, molto bello.

Mi spiace non aver trovato in struttura alcuni servizi inclusi citati nelle info. Siamo dovuti andare ad acquistare carta igienica e prodotti basa da bagno.
Motivazione essendo un appartamento questi servizi non sono inclusi.

Nice apartment on the top floor with great beach view, located in quite area of Termoli, but only 10 minutes walking to historical centre. Street parking is possible in front of the building free of charge. The hos.t was very pleasant and helpful
The AC unit should be stronger considering position of the room and extreme temperatures in recent years

It’s in total just 3 rooms with own bathroom but they share a nice large kitchen in the entrance. Furthermore, the balcony provides an amazing view. It was also very kind that 2 bottles of water were in the little fridge for me. Very safe area.
The room is clean and nicely equipped but could be better maintained. As an example, the shower head is loose, the hairdryer gets hot very fast and switches off, and also the doorknob of the main entrance door is loose.

The size of the room and bathroom. It had a clean shared kitchen area. It had a balcony with sea views. Owner was very helpful. Italian breakfast at a local cafe.
We could not see the ocean from the balcony unless we stood up. it was further from the old town than we hoped.

The place was well designed and clean. Walking distance from the old town in Termoli.

Location, free car parking and spacious room. Friendly communication. Just be aware there's steps to get to the room with no lift if you have heavy baggage or for people with reduced mobility. Bed was comfy.
