Spacious & great location

Claudio, the host, was amazing! We loved how attentive and caring he was. Also, there were breakfast groceries for us to enjoy the next morning. He really goes all the way and I think that’s awesome.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar und trotzdem ist es ausgesprochen ruhig. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat bestens funktioniert. Die Tipps für Restaurants war auch ausgesprochen gut.

Ruim appartement. Alles was er. Dicht bij het centrum.

De 2de kamer heeft een 1 persoonsbad. Wil je met 4 slapen, moeten 2 mensen waarschijnlijk in het zetelbed slapen. Dit wisten we niet vooraf.

Posizione centrale ottima per visitare Modena e vicina ai ristoranti molto conosciuti e tradizionali . .

La struttura si trova in una zona centrale. È pulita e accogliente.

We were 2 couples staying in this appartment for 1 night and everything was great. Claudio welcommed us very warmly and he recommended us nice places for dinner. The appartment was big, nice and clean. The location near the city center and with possibility to park the car near on the street was absolutely perfect.

Very friendly host, who waited for us to hand-over the keys (despite the misunderstanding in communication before our arrival). Good apartment in great location. Our host also recommended us some great restaurants.

Alloggio centralissimo a Modena. Appartamento spazioso, pulito e con tutti i comfort (phone, sapone, shampoo, acqua, macchina caffè e cialde, bollitore e tisane), addirittura tutto il necessario per la colazione (brioches, biscotti, fette biscottate e marmellata, kellogs, succo e latte). Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, ci siamo accordati sull’orario di check-in per la consegna delle chiavi e ci ha dato consigli su dove mangiare e cosa visitare. Comodo anche il check-out senza necessità di incontrare il proprietario. Direi tutto perfetto.

It was a clean and spacious apartment. The location was great only a 10 minute walk from the train station. Food locations and points of interest were also all in a 10 minute viscinity. Everything we needed was available(iron, hairdryer, washing machine,…). Claudio also advices us some restaurants and they were excellent!

You hear everything and everyone from the street and in the hall.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you need for a great stay. Claudio was a wonderful host who was helpful and welcoming . The location is perfect and an easy walk from the station and close to all the landmarks .

Nothing to complain about - everything was great.

Location and the owner was friendly and helpful .

Needed updating some decor needed attention . Sparsely furnished only one sofa in living area not big enough for three occupants. Very old fashioned and it didn’t look like the one we thought we had booked.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit Claudio war problemlos, unkompliziert und schnell, wir haben genau das angetroffen, was uns angeboten wurde - wir waren sehr zufrieden!

The host was in touch diligently from before my arrival until the end of our stay, providing helpful information and showing great kindness. The hospitality was exceptional. The location was extremely central, making it convenient to walk everywhere. The apartment was spacious. breakfast is also very nice! highly recommended!

The location and cleanliness

Very spacious apartment in a great location to everything. Great communication with the host. Apartment had everything we needed. The box of pastries was a nice surprise, however description did say breakfast was provided but it wasn’t.

Only problem with the location is the big bins at either end of the street that were constantly emptied and with restrictions on the air control temperatures the windows needed to be opened to cool the room down, so it was noisy. In the cooler months this won’t be as much an issue as the windows can be shut. Also no breakfast provided as per the description

Sehr zentral, mitten in Modenas Altstadt, trotzdem ruhig, da in einer kleinen Nebenstrasse. Schönes, geräumiges Appartement, sauber. Ausgesprochen freundlicher, unkomplizierter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter
