Very quirky accommodation. Good position. Had everything we needed for a night's stay. Excellent value.

Low quality furniture. Lots of things stored in the rooms. Floor and furniture not clean (coffee machine still had dirty filter and water cooker full of old tea).

The flat was charming and convenient.

There was an old bath towel on the back of the bathroom door... I felt that the flat could do with updating, particularly the bathroom. There was a bath but it could only be used as a shower.

Beautiful historic area of Troyes. The apartment was, comfortable and clean. Tea, coffee and cakes were provided. Key access information was very straightforward.

The village was very beautiful. The host was friendly and responded quickly to messages.

The bed hung in the middle, the bathroom was outdated and the wifi didn't work the first two days. The mechanic came on Monday (that was the first possible day).

the location was excellent and a free parking lot was around t was around the corner. Price was ok and it had a fridge with kitchenette.

No WiFi connection, dirty under kitchen table, no sheets for extra bed and worst of all, a completely unworkable door lock that was unsecured! the hostess could only be contacted by text and couldn’t address the Wi-Fi issues!

Everything we needed was available. Great to have the supermarché next door. Lovely looking building.

The instruction to ring the top doorbell to gain access did not work. We had to ring all the bells until someone let us in.

Small overcrowded apartment. Looks as though room was used as a store for bedding and other equipment. Nowhere to hang clothes. Television not used as wall fittings appeared unstable -

the location , the fact that it was a 16th century house, the free parking.

There was no one there to let us in for us to get the keys from the locked place. The local mailman let us in. The kettle didn't work, nor did the tv. The table had a broken leg.

Old building and it was quite

Read some reviews but can't understand them from our experience. This was our first and last apartment rental. Some of the houses around are boarded up and derelict which is not what we expected. Our flat on the first floor had paint peeling from the bath tiles and the bath was missing some of the enamel. The welcome pack gave the WiFi name and password but our phones couldn't find it. Under the tv was more WiFi names but no passwords. We couldn't open the windows to cool the rooms as the pidgens would try to get in, there was two fans but it was still unbearably hot. All we managed to do was sleep about 4 hours on the sofa and left early morning.

clean, good beds, usable bathroom, good communication

livingroom seats not comfortable, no climate control whatsoever in living, living very small, not the kind of neighbourhood to leave your bikes on your car or valuable stuff in your car.

Every time we stay we are met cordially and provided with a good overview of the facilities. Really like the beams and the antiquity of the building. Very quiet stays at night. Easy access to the town. Safe parking 40m from front door. Nice bath / shower, good hot water, well kitted kitchen, very comfortable. Easy to find. Great stopover on the way from Calais to the Alps!!

Nice greeting, comfortable and well equipped and great value for money. Close to town centre and beautiful building on quiet street with safe parking.

I had the top floor appartement, it was nicely restored, nice living room, cozy bedroom

Be organized to call ahead to get the keys. There is no reception and no inscription on the door.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. It was cosy and warm and in an excellent location in the old town. Great that we were able to cook dinner as we were travelling with a baby. The owner was very welcoming and helpful and lives close by.
