Location was reasonable.
Paid rate for a 3 or 4 star hotel and got a substandard hostel accommodation. Shower and bathroom in hallway, room had beds, a sink with a leaky tap and nothing else. Incredibly poor value.

It was just a room with beds. There was no TV there was no kettle. There was no microwave. You weren’t allowed to cook in in the room. You had to share the fridge outside your room. The toilet was outside your room. The showers are outside your room, they should say that in the listing. We left and went next door same price with all the facilities in your room

The noise Saturday night and especially Sunday night coming from the band playing downstairs made sleeping very difficult. Not being able to access my room from inside the hotel.

shared toilet/bathroom is fine but only 1 toilet/shower per male and female and 1 unisex, but were not cleaned from what we gather was a busy prior Saturday night

ordered a pumpkin salad which arrived as a green salad drowned in dressing, a couple of tiny slivers of pumpkin, a few olives and cherry tomatoes. staff did their best to try and help but if a chef sends that out to a customer… was okay for a very quick stay.

Nowhere to hang clothes. No soap, shampoo/conditioners. So many dead bugs in our room. The entrance we were told to use for the accom (back entrance) was terribly messy - it was also the 'staff smokers area'!

The bar was very nice with a great selection of drinks. Location was great, right opposite the beach and close to some lovely cafes, shops and restaurants.
The room was terrible. Bare, prison-like with bunk beds. It was backpacker type quality for $269 per night. We are a middle aged couple visiting with our 26 year old daughter and this just wasn’t acceptable.

well situated spot right on the front in Apollo Bay.
unclean shared bathrooms and showers. unfortunately the establishment was hosting a concert while we were here so very loud. pretty expensive for what it offered.

It didnt smell. Bed was comfy
Shower was dirty. The room felt like it was dirty, especially the floor. Didn't realize it would be on top of the pub. The room didnt look like the pictures.

Friendly bar staff for check in. Easy and quick process. Nice to have after hours access through rear of accommodation. The room and shared bathrooms are minimalist, but meet the basic needs and you have multiple food and beverage outlets well within walking distance.
