Excellent apartment, good amenities, ideally placed right by the Beach and close to restaurants, cafés and supermarkets…….. a wonderful place in a beautiful town. Lots of good walks and fresh air.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, die Küche bietet alles was zur Selbstversorgung notwendig ist. Ein sehr großer Balkon mir tollem Ausblick auf das Meer rundet das ganze ab. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt durch eine Nachbarin im Haus, die auch vor Ort behilflich war.. Das Doppelbett (1,40 m breit) zeigte sich in guter Qualität, allerdings für über 1,90 Menschen zu klein.

Im Erdgeschss des Gebäudes sowie 2 Häuser weiter befindet sich ein Café/eine Bar. An einigen Tagen waren Musik/Bässe und Rufe bis nach Mitternacht zu hören ( wir wussten natürlich bei vorheriger online–Suche der Umgebung, dass dies sein kann, hatten aber In der Nachsaison Ende September mit weniger Störung gerechnet). Die Nachbarn fielen durch fast täglichen Streit und massive Auseinandersetzungen auf ( meist von 23.00–3.00) lautes Rufen/ teils Brüllen, Möbel rücken, lauten Fernseher usw.), Da die Wohnung direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer ( dünne Wände) war, hatten wir fast jede Nacht Programm. Wir haben das Paar mit wenig Spanischkenntnissen aufgefordert ruhiger zu sein, es änderte sich wenig, der Vermieter wurde informiert, bemühte sich sehr und wollte auch die Hausverwaltung/ Hausgemeinschaft,, evtl. auch Behörden einbeziehen. Zum Ende unseres Urlaub wurden die Auseinandersetzungen in der Nachbarwohnung etwas geringer. Trotz einer wirklich schönen Wohnung und Lage und vielen Bemühungen des Vermietres führt dies leider zur entsprechenden Gesamtabwertung.

Amazing view, well equipped, especially with kids. The location is also perfect, there are many cafes, restaurants and supermarket just few steps away.

There was pipe laying construction taking place below the balcony. There was noise and dust. We could not use the balcony, we had to close all windows. There was a security fence around the construction and the beach could accessed through certain areas. The proprietor said she did not know when construction would be taking place, she would not be notified. She said it was our bad luck. But she got paid for our bad luck. There was no mention when we booked the accommodation that this might be happening. We were very dissatisfied.

The apartment is in a great location right on the promenade by the sea. It was fully equipped for guests and everything was in good working order. The apartment was very comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the sea. We could not fault the cleanliness, location, comfort and location.

Our only concerns were the occasional failure of the hot water boiler, this was intermittent and may require a service. Also for guests peace of mind a spare full gas bottle would be helpful ( we did not have transport and to find a garage selling the gas would have been a problem).

Fabulous place, highly recommended. Much better than expected. Everything we could ever think of was already in the flat. Shower: recent, high pressure, hot water. Kitchen: recent, very well equipped, oven, microwave, great many ustensils etc. Balcony: vast, incredible view, chairs, lovely. Living room: comfy, big flat tv. Rooms: nice, many cupboards, bed nice if a bit soft for our taste. Keys: easy, picked up from a neighbour. All in all: great stay, fabulous apartment.

This place literally sells itself. I wanted to escape the chaos of my working life and just live in a great place on the beach front - and this wonderful apartment had it all. So much so that the only way I could leave it was to book to come for another week later this year. It was just perfect. The apartment is a great size, clean and provides everything you would want for your stay. I literally felt like it was home from home - I could easily live here. I’ve visited La Cala and Rincon de la Victoria many times but this has now become my favourite place to stay and I will keep coming back!
