Well that was the best possible way to start our holiday. Booked a night at The Moxy prior to our early morning flight and really, and I mean really was sooooo impressed. Clean, friendly, comfortable hotel with a vibe to die for. I will be booking the Moxy every time I fly from Heathrow. Thank you so much guys....

There was absolutely nothing to like about this fabulous hotel

המלון מעוצב יפה. היינו בו רק מספר שעות לפני טיסה. היתה גישה נוחה לשדה התעופה. תחנת האוטובוס שיוצא לשדה התעופה ממוקמת ממש מתחת למלון והיה אוטובוס גם בשעות הלילה.

אין מקרר קטן בחדר.

ヒースロー空港からはバス移動推奨です。Hoppaバスだとホテルの入口まで連れて行ってもらえます。ターミナル5からはH5Dに乗ればOKですが時間が大幅に遅れていたし、片道£6.5と割高(往復チケットで£13)。翌朝復路のHoppaも時間通りに来ず、怪しい自称タクシー運転手に今日は日曜日だからHoppaは休みで空港まで乗せていってあげるなどと言われる始末(Hoppaは7days営業とウェブには書いてある)。結局ホテル目の前のバス停から市バスで戻りましたし、最初からこれで良かったと思います。オイスター/クレカタッチもちろん使えますしHoppaより割安です。 ホテルに関しては、受付の方がとても優しく、部屋も快適。シャワーの勢いも良かった。マリオット系列なだけはあると思いました。ウェルカムドリンクも美味しかった。

The bed and (1) pillow was the worst imaginable. Couldn't sleep all night due to being uncomfortable. Checked out after 4 hours.

Best Moxy hotel we have stayed in, from the minute we arrived the staff were so friendly & helpful. We had been travelling all day, arrived around 8.30 pm & my partner was desperate for a cup of tea. Staff went out of their way to help & even supplied some soya milk. Had an amazing pizza & sat downstairs, where it is so comfortable & relaxing. Absolutely love the decor of these hotels. Room was clean & tidy. Can't fault anything about our stay. Thank you to the staff again, looking forward to staying again.

The fact we only had 1 night, could have stayed for a week. Haha

The gym was great well equipped and location perfect for Heathrow airport.

The extraction in the bathrooms was poor.

As soon as we entered we had a lovely welcome from the gentleman on the desk who kindly let us check in an hour early. The room was very comfortable and clean (we even had a view of the end of the runway) and the breakfast was very very tasty.

The TV signal was a bit patchy on every channel that we tried.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. We were weary from an overnight bus from Scotland and were amazed to receive an early check in! Such a gift to us, as we expected to only leave bags until 3pm check in. The room was so spacious for family of 3, with everything we needed - charge ports, tea/coffee/kettle, hair dryer, dark room with heavy curtains. We felt instantly pampered by the amazing bathroom facilities, best shower all week! So many large quality towels and wash products. We slept so well and felt more refreshed than we had expected to for our next morning flight. Of course, the fun activities in the lobby were waiting for us in the evening, which was a fantastic chill out zone, games, drinks, snacks. You were the perfect end to our long UK trip and the reason we felt so prepared for the long flight back to Oz. Many many thanks! Oh and such an easy taxi ordering system in lobby too for back to airport. Everything was smooth.

Comfortable hotel room, very clean and all amenities needed. Staff were very friendly and checkin/out was very easy. Modern hotel which is close to heathrow and perfect for an early morning flight. Note: Bus is possible but taxi is probably better to get to Heathrow terminals.

Looked scruffy in the lobby and bar, staff in faded T-shirt on check in. Reception and bar combined and was a bit grubby and not very welcoming.

We liked the trademark funky Moxy decor, the friendly staff (they let us book into our room early) and the location. There's a bus stop right outside the front door - you catch a No.111 or 105 to get to Heathrow Bus Station - as well as a Tesco Express and places in the vicinity to get takeaways. The hotel itself has a bar, restaurant, does breakfast and sells snacks. It also has a gym. And the rooms are soundproofed, which is good given how close you are to the airport. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Moxy Preis war passend. Deko an sich voll nice :) Aber man muss für jede Kleinigkeit zahlen. Frühstuck lohnt sich aber, und eine Ceaser Salad am Abend ist auch sehr lecker gewesen. Bus Haltestelle vor dem Hotel👍🏼

Unser erste Zimmer war sehr schmutzig. Es gab ein Insekt auf dem Bett. Der Personal war „fake nice“ af. Awkward conversations most of the time. Also, man denkt die Stadtmitte wäre näher gewesen, aber man muss schon fast 1 Stunde mit dem Bus und UBahn fahren.

The location is good, right next to car rental. The downstairs bar/eating area is very industrial looking and is a very comfortable place for a sit and a relax. The room was comfortable. Check-out time of midday is very helpful

Great cool trendy modern spaces. Price is a bit high, but relatively reasonable for what you get in the area.

I tried to contact the property weeks in advance through booking.com for the airport shuttle information and received no response. On the day we flew, I contacted them again asking for the pick up info, and made multiple phone calls to reach the front desk to ask where and when the shuttle picks up. No one answered us ever, and we had to pay 3x as much for a cab instead.

Stayed here at the end of London trip to make it easy to catch early morning flight.

The room was dirty. Hair everywhere, streaky glass surfaces. The TV stopped working and the air conditioning was lousy. Can’t control the setting. Property claims to cool rooms in summer and heat in winter, leaving no guess work. Room was 26 degrees, cooled overnight to 25.5 in a heatwave. Miserable night.

Staff was very friendly, easy commute from Heathrow.

Technology was glitchy while we were there, and lots of it runs on technology.

Check in was easy.

Breakfast was very expensive so we went somewhere else. Room was very hot, noisy with the window open.

Clean. Good power shower. Noise cancelling windows (if closed). The mac computers in the foyer was super helpful.

A £10 deposit asked for on check in.
