Everything we needed! The apartment was clean and comfortable with great kitchen facility. The pool was on our doorstep, clean, many sun loungers and a nice pool bar for drinks/snacks. There were washing facilities available (very useful for a sick baby) and a supermarket right across the road.

The aircon unit in our room was leaking /not working. This was fixed the next day. There is only air con in the main living space and not in the rooms which made the rooms quite hot!

Wi-Fi is a very poor, the aircon should be on the rooms too.

nr the grocery shop and one restaurant & pool . loved the pool and the sea view great cleaning staff when I asked our large case was collected before we departed .

the steps everywhere ( were not aware of this on booking we should have checked) . balcony furniture could be upgraded . bar closed early the night if our arrival (25) but reception staff provided us milk to make tea when I asked . reception staff did not give much extra information re where things were on site or good places to visit . the shower would not work on our last night but we could not walk down to reception to inform and wanted early night . no hairdryer had to ask three times before this arrived .

Electrics kept tripping in room. Which was annoying when you came in at night and could not see where you were going.

really poor facilities - the oven was like a travel oven and didn’t get hot and the hobbs x 2 didn’t work well. we couldn’t cook at home as planned

we were happy we had two bedrooms and a kitchen area. We are a family of four and it can be hard to find apart-hotels the choice is often standard hotel or villa. We were half board and made lunch back at our room which works well for us.

The stairs down to the apartments had really dodgy handrails. A child was sick in the smaller pool and the staff scooped it out but did not close the pool or treat it with any chemicals etc so that wasn’t very nice. Personally found the beach a lot of effort back up the steps in the heat but it was a nice beach.

It’s just too busy and noisy around the pool area for my liking, it didn’t feel as relaxing as it should’ve It’s really annoying that people put towels out early in the morning to reserve sun beds and go elsewhere - there weren’t enough loungers and parasols to go round. I haven’t seen this problem for years and the hotel did nothing to stop it The kitchen hobs hadn’t been installed properly and kept giving my wife (mild) electric shocks! To be fair, once reported they quickly fixed it Apart from the amazing beach, there isn’t loads to do in the local area if you haven’t hired a car

Great location, great room, friendly staff, close to beach, nice buffet for the kids. Would definitely recommend this place.

the complex needs major renovation and updates it has a lot of potential , it could even become a 4 star it needs a bell boy as lots of stairs , so to carry our luggage was not easy

The location was fantastic and the breakfast and dinners were lovely with a varied choice. My room was lovely and very comfortable. the pool area was great and pool bar in good location with lots of choice.

The rooms only had air con I’m the living room which meant the bedrooms could be quite warm. there were not many umbrellas round poolside. Also there could have been more sunbeds available as people were getting up super early and putting towels down before 7am

We loved the pool, the maid service, the apartment, the balcony. The staff were great. We bought a three day pass for three breakfasts and three dinners which could be mixed and matched (i.e. just breakfast one day, just dinner one day or both. We usually ate out at night if we had breakfast in hotel for example, as lots of restaurants). Location was excellent right next to beach and restaurants. Kids club and entertainers were very good.

There was not enough entertainment on the evenings, we stayed for two weeks and out if 14 nights there was entertainment provided four times. For the price we paid they should have had entertainment every night! The measure came out for pouring drinks, which are priced high. First time we have ever encountered a measure in a Spanish bar. This was on your first drink!! We therefore mostly bought drinks from super market or at a different bar or restaurant after dinner in evenings.

Cleaning lady was cleaning very well daily, lots of dust in the rooms.

Spacious Apartment, 2 bedrooms & pull out double sofa bed in Living Room. We got a Pool side apartment, which was great cause you could just nip in & out as you wished all day. Great pool, loved that Kids could play with inflatables etc in the pool (A lot of hotels won't let inflatables into the pool now except Arm Bands). Supermarket across from Hotel, Fresh bakery in it every morning. O'Malleys Bar 2 min walk run by Ken & Paul (Great Guys nothing a bother). Close proximity to beautiful beach and Restaurants (Highly recommend Arena & La Paella for Food). Quiet Resort perfect for familys. Felt very safe, and very clean.

Pillows are hard. Air Con unit in kitchen/Living room, bedrooms were hot at night time - need to leave all doors open to let the cool air run through the Apartment at night time. But this place is value for money - a little gem. Would definitely go back

The facilities were great, huge pool and a spacious lounge area. The games room was so handy if you wanted to get out of the sun and play some pool. The apartment was ideal and the air con was great. Proximity to the beach was excellent and the breakfast buffet was a highlight.

The reception person we met charged us twice as in I had paid the total on booking.com but the tourist tax so I knew I had to pay about 30 euro but the person said nope we had to pay the full amount and I was so exhausted and worn out from the flight etc, I paid but then realised this was incorrect after checking my credit card and email. So the refund was arranged and we got it back but a bit of a bad first impression as the person at reception had not checked the system entirely to see that we had paid the total prior to our visit. My advice is to triple check and have the booking confirmation printed out to avoid this because if I was not so tired I would have had the evidence whereas I was too exhausted and just wanted to get to my apartment to rest.
