The place was very clean and looks amazing. Very convenient location.

The shower pressure was very low. But not a big deal

The bath and shower was all in one and was quite slippery getting in and out.

Washing mashin or toilet liking water, could not use internet because there is no such connection and password, when I booked I got 25$discound because of single person but it wasnt counted when paid.

I found air-conditioner remote was very dodgy and air-conditioner controller on the wall was very dodgy and wasn't able to use these properly

When we arrived no toilet paper, no light bulbs in front bedroom, no dish towels, only 3 red wine glasses, no washing powder, tv didn't work, no fly screens, no key locks on back doors, poor security, broken chair in bedroom 3. Grass needed cutting, small dining plates.

Beautiful cottage in an excellent location.

We would agree with all of the previous feedback given for this property. It is a lovely property however at this price we expected at least a coffee pod machine, the TV to work properly, to find an ironing board not just an iron & to not fall off the armchair with the broken leg that still has not been fixed despite previous comments.

The house was very well presented and comfortable.

There were no clean towels in the large room but found and used what was in the other room. There was used towel hanging in the back of the bathroom door when we arrived.

We are pretty easy to please however I found the following very disappointing: Could not get any reception for the TV making it impossible to watch. There was no underlay on the bed that was made up for us. No light globe in the bedside table in the bedroom

Townhouse itself was comfortable and conveniently located.

Only one bath towel supplied for 2 guests - and when I called to ask for more towels was told they’d drop ONE around the following morning if that was ok I advised no that wasnt ok and I wanted them dropped off that night. I was then asked to check a locked cupboard - when I unlocked the padlock it was to find a few kitchen supplies and on a shelf some linen - some of which looked like it had been thrown in there (not folded or stacked) I sent a photo and advised there was no towel in there and heard nothing back that night. At 9am we left and I sent a text to advise that no towels had ever arrived and I was unimpressed - was told they misunderstood and thought I only wanted the towels the night before. So feel free to book with these YSG people (apparently they have 47 properties) but take your own towels just in case they cannot be bothered to leave some for you - or get some to you when it is their mistake and their business to do the right thing by their guests. Another minor issue but one which also showed the lack of interest in looking after their guests TV didn’t work - I called on checkin to advise this as when we arrived we could hear a voice - the tv was tuned to ABC Jazz for a nice welcoming ambience but since it was clearly off station all we got was intermittent sound. We then tried all tv channels and the picture was pixelated and sound intermittent. I did say having a working tv wasn’t that important to us but was calling to let them know so it could be fixed. The reply was “thanks” with no offer to fix it. I gave them an out and they took it. They seem happy to take a booking but not to follow up any requests for help or to rectify any issues. Needless to say we won’t be back - and won’t stay at any of their other properties.
