Very friendly and familiar in the middle of lavender fields. A big garden to read and relax in the shade. It was a wonderful time.

The owner, Kevin, was friendly and welcoming, he also put on a traditional French breakfast each morning which was lovely to wake up to. The property has been decorated to a modern and elegant finish, with the room very large and bathroom clean. The location is very scenic and secluded, with the pool facilities looking amazing although we didn’t take advantage as the weather was poor during our stay.

There were no in-room facilities for tea or coffee - that is really the only fault.

The room, the environment, the breakfast when available (8:00 am to 9:30 am).

We will never go back to La Bastide des Bourguets because if you wake up early you cannot have breakfast and if you wake up after 9:30 you have missed the breakfast. Breakfast is served between 8:00 am to 9:30 am. I have never experience such a narrow time frame for breakfast.

The location of this property for cycling and Lavender viewing is ideal. You are literally in the middle of a lavender field and on a bike route. It’s perfect.

The accommodation albeit in a great location wasn’t worth the money. You are very much paying for the location and season. Room didn’t have a kettle or microwave as stated, instead you had to leave your room go to the main house, up some stairs to the smallest kettle known to man to make drink. I had to take a bottle of water with me as said kettle was always out of water. Pool area ok. Sun beds incredibly uncomfortable and some were in need of repair. Jacuzzi riddled with wasps, which made sitting in it a problem. Hosts friendly enough. But I wouldn’t say attentive. Would just expect a bit more for the money. I spent £800 for 3 days in a B&B in a great location but facilities didn’t meet expectations.

Well-restored property with rooms and self catering units. Small swimming pool (closed due to weather for part of our stay) and a heated jacuzzi. Excellent breakfast, and table d’ hote dinner (available 3 nights per week) was very well cooked and presented, and show cased some of the produce grown at the family farm. We didn’t see much of Steve (busy making dinner) but the other owner, Kevin was an excellent host, friendly and helpful. Secure cycle parking available for those using this handy location to go up Mont Ventoux.

It would have been nice to be able to walk to a restaurant for the evenings table d’hote not available

We had an amazing stay here. The accommodation is very stylish and had everything we needed. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We hope to be back next year!

Kevin was a super host. Sharing a lot of tips, super friendly, booked a restaurant for us ! Really recommend this place.
