Honestly, the staff were the only nice thing about the place
The place is just noisy inside.
The shower was not clean, the shower drain was blocked, the water would fill up while showering, and the soap holder in the shower was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, the room looked clean but the smell in the room was to strong and unpleasant.

I didnt have any high expectations and was simply looking for a room close to my event. Turns out the room was fantastic, great staff, clean and very comfortable. Bed was amazing - thank you !
Nothing to mention. Be prepared for it to be a little noisy on Florida Road but this didnt go on too late.

The bed, shower and the proximity of the hotel to other sites and areas of interest.
The gentleman who helped us with our luggage was extremely courteous.
Friday and Saturday were the worst nights ever! The level of noise from the Hooters Club below/next door was horribly unbearable, my goodness!
Also, the lady at the reception hardly smiled or was of help to us, perhaps she thought we were obligated to stay there!
I guess, this is what is expected from a ***-star hotel?

Their was No DSTV & Streaming Services like they use to have, which was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT, couldn't watch anything as the 2 TV channels didn'tshow clearly. They had loadshedding, and the solar system didn't work properly, had to sit in the dark for a while attending to it.

The hotel is located within reach of lots of restaurants and cafes and 2 supermarkets as well as Windermere shopping mall. So we were able to get our meals easily as well as do a bit of shopping at the mall.

probably the most comfortable bed that I have slept on in a very long time. great location too.
The hotel is not very sound proof and corridors can become echo chambers with early morning staff or hotel guests moving around. the rooms also smelt a little like the “butchers block below” as the rooms at the back are on top of the restaurant extractor fan.
