Location was close enough yet at night still quiet

Mattress needs binning asap ! A duvet is not sufficient to perk up a knackered mattress (on top ) in anyone’s book so sort it asap . Spoilt a perfect trip . Staff made it it you have a gem there’re so look after her and upgrade the ancient mattress in room 3 👍

オレストヘッドまで歩いていける。朝チェックアウト時間を少し越えても車を置かせていただけた。朝食も美味しかった^_^

I liked the location. The view from window and closeness to railway.

breakfast could have been better. And I didn't realize the room was so small.

Room was very clean. Most fittings seemed quite new. It was a large room with windows on both sides. The shower worked well. The mattress was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The duvet was very warm for July. A lighter covering would have meant a more comfortable sleep. Some of the fittings were rather impractical: the bathtub was in the bedroom rather than the ensuite; the shelf over the tiny basin in the ensuite rather invited you to bang your head,

Location was well placed with plenty of places to eat / drink near bye, also other local attractions. Room was clean and comfortable, with breakfast cooked specifically on your request / time each morning with the staff extremely polite friendly.

being super critical the car parking is very tight especially for the larger cars to get in and out..but would not stop us returning....

Easy access. The room was just the right size for me and had a homey comfy feel.

It’s located very close to the train station and the center of town. Easy walk/hike/bus to the other locations in the Lake District. The place was clean and tidy, and cutely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were great.

No complaints
