Good sized room, all the facilities you may need, nice and clean.

Spotless room, extremely comfortable, great en-suite. The clerk at check in was able to check me in early which was so appreciated. Everyone was very helpful and I extended my stay because it was so lovely.

The walls are a little thin, my neighbour decided to have their TV at volume 100 until midnight - not the resorts fault, but was the only complaint I had.

Lovely friendly reception changed my motel room booking to one bedroom unit. Comfortable room and sitting area.

Previous stayer left a T-shirt, grill and oven needed a clean and couldn’t locate a dish cloth, maybe cleaners were having a busy day.

Closeness to beach and town

Having stayed at this property several years ago I found the property to be tired and rundown and looked as though it hadn’t been revamped since I last stayed there. Whilst unit was clean , beds were old and uncomfortable , shower head was rusty , tv controller had not been checked for operation showing that maintainance was not up to stratch and updating did not seem a priority.

Filthy dirty, had to wash all cutlery, dishes and pillow cases stained had to use our own. Cobwebs, dust and dirt everywhere had to get the manager in to dust some things. Container with sugar, tea and coffee were filthy dirty and 2 of the coffee Sasha’s were out of date. Expiated July 2021 yes 2021!

Close to all beach, cafes shopping

Needs a good clean. Eg window sills caked with dirt/dust, windows need a good clean and cupboards under sink need a wipe out. Dishwasher doesn’t work

Handy location. Comfortable beds. Shower hot and with great flow.

The kitchen facilities where dirty. The toaster and kettle needed a good wipe down. Crumbs and spillage marks all over the shelves. A surprising notice on the microwave demanding that the bins be emptied and all crockery and cutlery be washed (in the bathroom basin!). If these chores were not completed to their satisfaction we would be charged a cleaning fee - I'm not sure this is legal but most certainly unethical! The person at reception was rude at checkin and unhelpful for anything other than the bare minimum service. I would not return due to the sneaky demand for cleaning fee for jobs that really should not be expected of a guest.
