Very basic accommodation but clean

Polite staff member as we checked in but there was nothing else to like here.

Checked in - no tv remote (also no card given to say contact staff if there's a problem). Tried to find staff later when mould was discovered around the window frame - no staff to be found. Floors slope dreadfully, beds tip because of this. External doors were unlocked when we went down stairs and a few random people were wandering in and out. Felt very unsafe, especially with 2 very young children. Drunks were also yelling outside in the early hours. Baracaded the door to the room as felt very unsafe and did not sleep. Only stayed 1 night of the 4 we had booked and paid for. Tried to speak to staff member as we checked out after the 1st night, but he wasn't interested and didn't have great English (which may have been the primary issue). In the end we gave up, left the key with him and had to book elsewhere for the remaining 3 nights.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location

Very outdated. In need of a lot of tlc. Not very clean. They didn't hoover my room once in the 2 weeks I was there.

The shower was good, had extra beds

No heating, generally unclean, paper-fin walls (could listen to other guest unblocking the phone), room smelled like tobacco, no internet in room

Inexpensive, well located, comfortable and clean room.

Parking not obvious, but there is some, no breakfast, no shower gel (minor I know, but I didn't bring any myself).

Friendly locals, up for a laugh Staff very polite and helpful Good prices on food and drink

Rayed here for work, very pleasant stay the town is lovely great walk around the lake, I wouldn’t listen to the reviews as the staff were so helpful, Shaun the manager made us feel so welcome.. ell done guys

room wasn’t up to standard , the cleanliness of the room was appalling and had to complain soon as we got there, the hall way to the room had a really bad smell, the room was freezing , just wasn’t the best stay, really needs doinf up to a good standard
