This is a nice, older hotel with pub outside central Limerick. The staff was nice at the front desk. The room was comfortable. The hotel is showing it's age. In our room, wallpaper was peeling up at some edges so management could do some refurbishing but the room was clean. Having a bathtub was great for my wife. We had the included breakfast which was served in the pub. You can order anything off the pub breakfast menu so it was a nice variety. The staff in the pub at dinner and breakfast were all very nice and friendly. Free parking is available.

The bathroom faucets are like the kind you find in public restrooms. You have to push down on a knob and the water comes out for a timed period. This was very awkward and the water came gushing out. When we checked out we mentioned this to the front desk. Regardless of the water pressure, we did not care for the water faucets.

Lovely place to stay. Staff are exceptional. From the lovely friendly greeting from the receptionist through to the friendly and efficient bar and waiting staff. The restaurant is lovely and I would highly recommend eating there.

The bathroom facilities could benefit from an upgrade as they are quite outdated.

Good place for a stop over, just outside the city centre. Bar staff were super friendly, food was great and the room was comfortable.

There were a lot of things to like about the property and I don’t want the review to sound one sided so….. Location of property was excellent, the staff (especially bar staff) were very good and pleasant. Dinner menu within the bar area was very good and food was tasty.

This is more of a pub with rooms added on. Breakfast was very limited with no fresh fruit, no cereal and served in the bar area which smelled of the Friday night before - full cooked breakfasts only (we didn’t stay for breakfast on 2nd morning). Bathrooms are in need of major update and what is going on with the push button taps that stay on for about 1 second?
