Location, cleanliness and friendly staff.

Bed and pillows were too soft for us.

Location from the motorway, clean and comfortable, friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Shower tray flooded over onto the bathroom floor, we arrived late and were able to get a drink but no snacks or food of any kind.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and kind The rooms were very clean and the food was excellent. Lighting in the rooms is very good

The rooms could have air conditioning

The room and bathroom were very nice. Breakfast was lovely and the lady who seemed to be serving and doubling-up as receptionist couldn't have been more helpful or more friendly.

We arrived at midnight and there were some problems as we only received one room key per room and there were no night staff. My son locked himself out of his room almost immediately and it took some time for someone to come to the hotel in a taxi and make a new key. One more member of staff working on the ground floor during breakfast would have made things a little more efficient.
