Good service and fine restaurang, clean and nice, good for dogs

Both the hotel and the restaurant are too pretentious. Instead of being a good 3-star hotel with clean towels and mighty breakfast, they are trying to be luxury while they have not enough financial means for it. As a result, you have to wait too long for the waiter at the restaurant, because there's only one waiter for the restaurant, the bistro and he's also the hotel receptionist at the same time. The black towels in the room were supposed to demonstrate the sophisticated taste, but the only use of the color was to match it to the black mold between the tiles in the bathroom (why not use white towels, just like everybody does? Those can be washed at the highest temperatures and give the guests a fresh and clean feeling. Mold in the bathroom is unhygienic for any hotel). And the list with this kind of things goes on. It’s just a lot of tiny details showing this accommodation is trying to be something which it is not, in the cheapest way. All in all, the place is OK to stay for a night if you do not have high expectations. But there are cleaner and more comfortable hotels in the area within the same price range.

Breakfast was very good. The upgraded room very spacy and good.

Rough start when nobody was to meet us although agreed on the phone that we arrive within one hour. Phonenumber did not answear either. Finally found staff and got the room (first was not cleaned). Upgraded so all ended well. But being tired after travelling for many days, it was a bit long waiting before we finally got a room (about 1 hour all-in-all).

Our room was facing main road and with open windows was extremely noisy when car passing by(I believe rooms facing garden where just fine) Also booked for 2 adults and 1 child there where no extra bed only one double There where no air conditioning Staff at breakfast could offer some egg choices, as we where not german speaking got no help there. Other tables got some scrambled eggs

The hotel is situated in an excellent location across from a pedestrian only street with many shops. The rooms and bathroom are adequate.

Our room was in the back overlooking the terrace which was noisy with restaurant patrons until very late.

Room was comfortable modern.Very good shower with piping hot water.Breakfast with choice of cooked eggs.I would stay again

Very central location which was quite noisy .Would have preferred a side road .Could have been cleaner as communal areas didn't look like they had been hoovered in a long time.Didn't look like there was any food available evening times when I arrived.
