Stayed here before, staff are excellent, accommodating and friendly. Great location, quiet. Staying again on my return trip on Sat which undoubtedly will be as good

Room on 3td floor. No way of getting through draft in room , no fan, no ac. Restaurant ot open on a Saturday evening. Bed was soft and soggy. Room and walkway outside smeltvof cigarette smoke. Building in a bad state of decor - rusty stairs and peeling exterior plasterwork. It was quite cheap but definitely not cheerful. Campanile are past their sell by date

Needs updating and refurbishment. Restaurant needs to be open for evening meals!

there was no dinner available and I'd booked a table for 7pm. didn't know there was no dinner on the weekends so had to go into town to eat. not great having driven for 7 hours. last thing you want is to get into a car as no where to eat in walking distance. only 3 pillows for 2 people. you need two each. wasn't enough Lipton tea for two and shortage of milk

My Wife and I liked the young girl at reception who was very helpful, the other 2 girls couldn't be bothered !!

When we arrived we checked in and returned to the Bar for a drink and after 2 drinks we decided to order food but then to our horror we were told that the Restaurant was closed?? Not at all happy, we had to arrange for a Taxi to take us to the nearest Restaurant !! I reserved the Hotel as it stated that the Restaurant was closed on a Friday and Sunday but our booking was for a Saturday?? The Breakfast was absolutely terrible, no boiled eggs, stale french stick, 1 variety of cheese and ham, no choice of English tea?? There was a kettle in the room with 2 small sachets of coffee, 4 sachets of herbal tea, 2 sugars and 2 paper cups with no spoons?? We were charged 87 Euros for 1 night with breakfast when next door was a brand new Hotel offering the same for 54 Euros

Breakfast and restaurant/bar Staff provided an electric fan in room as temp was 32C

Power cut on arrival with little concern shown by staff until pushed! No ice making facility available in the bar area!

Stayed here 8yrs ago exactly the same now. We nt here to getfinner at night after a 12 hr journey kitchen was closed . Not impressed at all.should have said no meals when we booked.
