Wonderful staff in reception. Could not have been more helpful in sorting out our room issues. Breakfast was great.

When we went up to the room after check in around 5.45 it had not been serviced after the previous guest. It then took an hour and a quarter for us to get in. We nearly missed our dinner.

Everything good. Onsite Car parking was full and was very hard to find alternative parking.

Breakfast was the best thing about the hotel. Good location close to Sauchiehall Street.

Hotel rated as four star. This cannot be, as it is similar in facilities to Ibis or Ibis Styles in the Accor group of hotels. Facilities are very basic, especially in the room. More like three star. Staff range from quite helpful to indifferent. Definitely not worth the money paid for the room.

The location of the hotel is very good and the transportation is convenient. There are many restaurants nearby. The breakfast in the hotel is also delicious. It is worth trying. The room is clean and clean. I will stay here next time.

Hotel relativament centric dalt d un turó, així que per anat i tornar del centre has de caminar bastant i costa amunt. Habitació completa amb sabó, shampoo i suavitzant de cabell. Esmorzar molt correcte tot i que pot millorar la secció d’embotits i de dolços (al meu parer, falta alguna cosa tipus cake)

El sofà llit per 2 nens (11 i 15 anys) petit amb llençols curts. És aliè a l’hotel, però feien obres i a les 6 del matí ja començaven a treballar i es sentia tot. Els 2 dies que vam estar no vam poder fer servir la zona d’spa per estar en manteniment.

Was slightly out of the centre and lots of building work going on around it.

l'hotel si trova in una strada secondaria tranquilla (anche se non particolarmente gradevole), a circa 15 min a piedi dal centro, servito comunque da autobus. Le stanze sono arredate in modo moderno e confrortevole. Nella zona ci sono diversi ristoranti per la cena tra cui scegliere.

Il soggiorno a Glasgow è andato bene. La camera da 4 è un pò piccola. Bagno comodo, pulito. Colazione ottima, e staff molto disponibile, soprattutto i due ragazzi presenti in sala per le colazioni sono gentilissimi. Bella la zona bar e relax a piano terra. Hotel vicino al centro e posizionato in una bella zona, purtroppo in questo periodo un pò di confusione per i lavori stradali ed edili adiacenti.

Welcoming staff - decent evening meal & reasonably priced car parking

All that money but no bath! Quite a lot of people, particularly slightly older guests have back trouble and standing in a slippery shower can be quite achallenge hwereas a bath is relaxing and good for our backs. I suggest having baths in the rooms as the norm, and asking people if they would prefer a room with only a shower. This would then not discriminate against the older customers.

The staff were fantastic, my autistic son loved it. The food was excellent and the bar area was very comfortable

The only downside was that the room we had didn’t have a walk-in shower, it was over a bath which is difficult for me as I have back problems

Breakfast was pretty good, with many healthy options. The room was spacious enough. I could use the minibar as a fridge. Generally, the hotel looks very clean.

There was construction going on outside, the noise was horrible though it was not the hotel’s fault. Most of the time I stayed only one lift was working, sometimes had to wait for it for quite a long. The basin in bathroom is pretty odd.

Hotel was easy to get to, we managed to park on site and the room was a good size and comfy. Decent value for money. We were on a flying visit to Glasgow and only staying one night.

The staff at the hotel was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We arrived a bit earlier and our room was already ready. The staff at the reception and at the bar was ever so helpful with our little daughter.

The staff were really nice and the beds were comfortable. Great location with shops nearby and the bus station which has buses to and from the airport was a short walk.

Not really the hotel's fault but there was building works going on next door that woke me earlier than I would have liked. A lock on the toilet and shower room doors would have been preferable.

Novete's Glasgow location not only offers a great atmosphere but also provides excellent breakfast options.

Overall it was a neat and clean property though not very close to the central station. Some of the staff were quite friendly and warm. They allowed me a check in a little early...though I was given a room for old people which meant that it had certain things differently made etc.. but that was not such a big problem.

I am a regular user of Novotel brand across markets and have found them to be mostly good, efficient and reasonably warm properties. However, this one was a bit odd: there were no amenities provided - not even a toothbrush or a comb. When I asked I was told that the category that I had booked in is not eligible for these amenities - very shocking and disappointing. I have never come across this kind of segmentation for things like a toothbrush or a comb...Very Un-Novotel like. Rest of it was okay - i was there for one night only so not much time was spent. The property also looked quite old and in need of renovation.
