The dinner in the restaurant and the attitude of all the staff.

The fact that we had to wait until 5.30 p.m. to check in.

Staff are friendly and kind, no problems finding the hotel, and the room was clean.

It’s an older hotel so the doors slam in the hallway from other guests, but it wasn’t that big of an issue since it wasn’t tourist season.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was great, the breakfast was good. Not many facilities, good base for cycling along the canal.

The location is excellent; it’s close to the train and to the Le Boat marina. The staff was fabulous - so friendly and welcoming.

I think the Demi pension menu was too restricted. One starter, one main and one dessert only is no choice at all.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff.

We did not see anywhere better to stay in this town that caters to the LeBoat customers who are starting or finishing their Canal du Midi cruise. Staff was very nice.

ROOM : Good size room. Large modern shower. Good room insulation. Located on first floor. RESTAURANT : Excellent Cassoulet. Best ever tasted! Charming staff, attentive and quick. Attractive decor.

Bed was lumpy. Needs new mattress. Breakfast was disappointing apart from croissant and bread. Orange juice tasted "off". Only one piece of fresh fruit left - a kiwi - apart from big basket of semi-ripe oranges. No salted butter.

The location and the restaurant

The bathroom was too small and you could hear noise from people going up and down. Pay attention to arrive when the restaurant is open because there’s no reception on closing intervals.

The food is always ‘French at its best. I believe the chef de cuisine has been here for sometime. The warmest of welcomes and attention.

Room & bathroom a bit small for family of 4 persons

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was fantastic with the cassoulet being the best we'd ever tasted. Served with a lovely wine recommended by the waiter.

Bed was a bit small for me at 1m90 and wife at 1m82 😁
