Комфортне розташування в самому центрі міста , дуже чисто , в помешканнях прибирають щодня. Є чай/кава ( навіть сухі вершки до кави) та гігієнічні засоби. Також - капці, ложка для взуття, сейф, і навіть губка для того, щоб взуття було чистим . Фото помешкання відповідає дійсності , джакузі працює, коли є світло , при вимкненні світла - працює генератор , можна дивитися ТВ, та заряджати пристрої . Ідеальний варіант помешкання для тих , хто приїхав у справах , та на декілька днів , комфорт гарантований.

На 2 поверсі вночі трохи шумно , до цього була на 4 і 3 - там взагалі сторонніх звуків не було чути

Місце розташування, приємний персонал, в цілому все чисто, приємний запах

Рушники старі, з них стирчать нитки, також хотілося б більше косметики (окремо шампунь та гель для душу)

The hotel was situated in the heart of Kyiv and is in a historical/cultural heritage building. The receptionist was amazing and helpful with everything. We previously lived in Kyiv for 3 years and hotel’s location was great to relive our memories. The convenience of parking, which is gated and secure, was a huge bonus. The hotel also has a basement/shelter in case needed.

The hotel is located in an ancient building. Thick walls, high ceilings, a narrow street. The hotel is located a few steps from Independence Square. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds. I am very satisfied with the hotel.
