Je nachdem, was man für Nachbarn in der Cabaña hat, schläft man besser oder schlechter. Wir hatten nebenan Rambazamba bis 1 Uhr.

El desayuno es bueno, con opción de alimentos sin gluten, saludables, etc, para mi gusto faltan mas productos de tipo pastelería. El restaurant es excelente, la comida rica, el servicio rápido, la atención muy buen, el servicio de bar es muy bueno, las piscinas amplias, la vista al mar de la habitación hace que sea muy fresquita no es necesario encender el aire acondicionado, ubicación buena al lado de la playa, cerca del morro, del mall, amplio estacionamiento. sólo falta modernizar las instalaciones del baño, y la habitación con piso encerado como cabaña de playa, falta un poco de cariño en las habitaciones, pero el hotel en si es muy completo, lo volvería a elegir
servicio de baño, solo un producto de pelo y cuerpo de tipo granel, no tiene gorra desechable, no tiene gomas antideslizante la tina, no tiene barra para sujetarse en la ducha, el baño es como baño público, no parece baño de hotel, del precio que uno paga

Good sea view from the room. Good staff - friendly, helpful and polite. Property clean and in good working order if a bit tired. Attractive scenic areas in bar and restaurant for breakfast and drinks. Good scenic location within 1/2 hours walk of town and a nice Sandy beach.
Fences around pools prevented direct access to the beach and spoilt the views. Fences were necessary for security as a couple of homeless people in tents were on other side of fence for the duration of our stay. Multiple broken tiles around the infinity pool and property ‘tired’ in general.

El recepcionista, literal un tarado y desatinado, fui con mi hija de 14 años y asosio que éramos pareja y nos estaba cambiando la habitación a una con 1 cama doble en vez de 2 camas como la habíamos pedido por qué el pensó otra cosa.

the bar played music so loud that it resembled a club. having my room overlooking the bar was a nightmare. I called the front desk to complain every night and even went there in person. the staff couldn't care less.

Clean, spacious, comfortable room with views overlooking beach and ocean. Friendly and professional staff. Bar, restaurant and pools were lovely places to relax. It had everything you could want for a few days ocean side relaxing after a packed, high altitude week in the Altiplano! Stunning headland location with beaches either side, desert mountain backdrop and panoramic Pacific sunsets.
Bars, restaurants and food trucks within a 5 minute walk and the centre of Arica is only a 20 minute stroll along the boardwalk.
Perhaps just a personal preference however in a 4 star hotel the dining experience would be enhanced by having proper, printed menus. And a wine list with prices and descriptions should be available although prices were reasonable.

The hotel is a bit out of downtown Arica but thats what makes it special. It's quiet, has everything you need on the grounds and a front row seat to the Pacific ocean. We found it very relaxing. The food from the restaurant was superb and the staff really does try to please.

Big clean rooms and bathrooms with a great shower, amazing swimming pools, very friendly and capable staff: they even arrranged a taxi that accompanied and guided us over the border to Tacna airport, good food and drinks and for us the perfect time to relax! We almost didn’t leave the hotel for 3 days because it is so comfortable!
