the room was reasonably clean and comfortable

the hotel was about 20 years old and needed renovated. there were no bedside lights, only a glaring one on the ceiling. the was no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there. the toilet seat was loose and slipped off. the wifi was almost nonexistent. the breakfast was average at best. the coffee machine wasn’t working. this might have been a 4 star hotel when it was built, but it certainly isn’t now. the room is nothing like the pictures online

Room size was spectacular. Service excellent.

Meat selection at breakfast was limited.

The staff were very friendly, especially in the bar. Vinny on the tour desk was very informative with queries I had about visiting the falls. Booked through him for Brazilian side and it worked out cheaper than if I had booked online. Pool is nice and clean with great sunshine in the evening. Food was good in the bar. Breakfast was delicious with an abundance of choice. First morning there, there was a violinist playing throughout breakfast. An amazing way to start a day.

Rooms are a tad dated but it was clean and for how much time you actually spend in it, it's totally fine.

The hotel was comfortable and had a nice view from the top floors.

poor breakfast.. the bed wasn’t comfortable at all. the sun light enter to the room and it bothers to sleep. expected for more.

this hotel was truly spectacular and was everything we wished for :) the suite was spacious, including a living area off the bedroom and air cons in both! the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff working there were very welcoming! the pool and gym were lovely facilities and it felt very relaxed. the outdoor lift was a special added bonus!

nothing, great value for money and extremely safe and welcoming! recommend to everyone to stay during their trip to Foz!

The size of the apartment

Brasil is a place where you hear something like: `sorry for any inconvenient´ when the person is sure he did nothing wrong but is unable to say `sorry` when obviously he made a mistake. In public services, this can hurt the business

The location, the view from the window, the bed and the breakfast were all awesome.

The room ground was not very clean when we entered the room, with hair left on the ground, and the A/C lacked efficiency. The reception seemed unaware of our early check-in and late check-out options, though booked directly through their platform.

Um bom local para as hospedar

I had already called them to tell my flight was cancelled at the last minute and asked them to change my reservation but the whole experience was chaos. They pointed at Booking.com and Booking.com pointed at them and it was never resolved till the end. Even a 30 min late check out was also not considered. I dont recommend this for flexibility and poor management.

They should have a solution for flight cancellations / unavoidable circumstances.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. They got out of their way to get me a make up artist last minute super early in the morning!

I missed having an iron! Ironing board in the room. Saying that, they offer pressing services at a very reasonable price. Also, as I was traveling with a 7 year old, she was a little bored at times, as there was only the swimming pool to amuse her

The hotel met expectations as it was clean, and centrally located, and the breakfast was edible as well.

A guy at the reception did not check it us earlier and it was disappointing taking into consideration that it was only one hour before the official time.

Big brand new hotel in the nicest high rise building in town. Biiiig rooms with comfy bed and good seating areas and good aircon. Nice swimming pool and gym area, even in the winter (at least if you are Scandinavian). Excellent huge and hygienic breakfast buffet. The hotel is strategically placed close to the bus terminal, where you can catch busses to Iguazu Falls in Brazil, Iguazu Falls in Argentina, and busses or taxis or walk to Ciudad del Este in Paraguay. I can highly recommend this place.

The hotel is really beautiful, it’s near an avenue, it’s got a great pool and a complete breakfast.

Some things in the room were a little broken (such as chairs, the sink and the drawers)

Room is with a lot of space, however it was not cleaned properly when we arrived and generaly in bad shape. Good breakfast. Good location - enough close to the center and pubs and restaurants.

Our rooms on floor 10 required renovation and had small windows. We wanted to extend our stay by one day, but staff guy was visibly in bad mood and refused extention, claiming the hotel is 100% occupied. We chacked on booking.com and there were lots of rooms on offer, so we asked another person in the morning and got extention. However the situation deleyed our booking of the flight by one day, and this costed us a lot ...
