it’s tired and dirty

The room was very comfortable [although a little too hot for me]; breakfast was extremely nice; location - a few hundred yards from the esplanade was great for me and my dog.

The Booking.com site; through whom I made my reservation; mistakenly says the restaurant is open which it is not and has not been so since the Covid closures 2020 - 2021.

The staff were lovely and friendly and made us and our dog more than welcome.

Room was little small for me, My partner in a wheelchair and big dog.

Perfect position.Breakfast good and filling.Bar on sight.

Was a friendly hotel all staff was nice really dog friendly even gave dogs a sausage for his breakfast and a good range of food for breakfast

The spa bath didn't have hand rails to pull up on and really slipped couldn't get out had to use towels to get traction on feet my husband had to get me up could do with a anti slip mat

The staff were very friendly snd helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it.

Friendly clean and tidy daily tidying and checking of rooms making sure everything is there for you location very good

Breakfast could have been much better as my husband is use to having cereal aswell as full English and charged extra for large breakfast it did say on the menu which my husband overlooked even though we didn't have all breakfasts we had paid for which I know is our fault but I think that could have been over looked at really four poster bed squeaked every time you moved which could have been better

The staff were so nice and friendly. The decorations for reception were very pretty especially at night.

Unfortunately the room was not very clean, there was stuff left from previous guests and overall cleanliness was not great as we had to clean a lot of stuff ourselves. The floor really needed sweeping/mopping because our flip flops were black after walking on the floor.

The room was average. The breakfast included was ok but had to pay extra for the full works. Orange juice was warm. No check back on the breakfast. Had to pay £1 for soda water. I will say there are some great quirky ornaments and paintings for sale but maybe instead of buying those put some more money into the cleaning of the rooms and mattresses.

Room clean, breakfast good staff friendly and helpful. Location central.

Toilet squeezed between bath and wall, coulld have done with more room.
