Not up to you, but really no beach left. I was just recuperating from total knee surgery and very difficult to get down to the little bit of beach that was left. Felt it was very dangerous without any railing and steep steps.

Ease of use of the facility (pool, lounges, restaurants, etc). All was readily accessible.

Food was good, although I thought breakfast items were a bit high for the menu. All other menu items (lunch and dinner) were as expected.

The staff was sooo friendly.

The staff was incredible.

This hotel is incredibly run down. There were strips of upside-down carpets in the hallways that we had to walk over to get to our room. The rooms are dirty, poorly maintained and not at the caliber one would expect for a Marriott property.

A Beach would have been nice but it was gone you Had walk down old concrete stairs then about 2 feet to the water I have 2 artificial joints knee and hip I can’t jump down so I just sat by the pool the entire time btw they only have 1 pool as well

The staff were amazing, always willing to help and make sure every need was catered for, the room was spacious and comfortable and the food delicious.

There is no access to a beach anymore from the hotel and the pool isn’t massive but you can still get directly into the sea and the snorkelling is good.

Chris at the entrace is the sweetest person. He reads every wish from your lip and he has always a smile for every guest. The staff in the restaurant are very sweet, they come more often to the table and ask if everything is ok than necessary. The view from the pool is absolutely amazing and O'brien does everything to keep you comfortable there. The water in the morning and the fruits in the afternoon are a high plus. Loved my room, was big and the small balcony with the partial ocean view was very nice to hang out.

The one girl at reception gave me from the beginning an arrogant and cold look over. Was probably not her week.

I loved everything about the hotel from the moment I stepped out of the taxi. I felt immediately welcomed and instantly relaxed... Everyone was kind, professional, knowledgeable, friendly. The hotel premises were spotless and simply beautiful, from the lobby to the courtyard to the Mercantile to the Spa to my room - and of course the beachfront. Location was perfect. The food options were plentiful and everything I tried was really delicious, plus the morning coffee and smoothies were succulent. I loved having dinner at Veranda and at Anchor & Den, where the theme nights were super cool: incredible food and wine lists, plus live music. I also loved attending the various activities offered by the hotel, especially Sip & Paint and Make Your Own Foot Scrub (and I'm sorry I missed the Friday hair braiding!). I bought a lot of items at the Mercantile (including swimsuits, jewelry and the hotel's signature scented oil for diffusers which smells heavenly) - the clothes and other merchandise were really nice, and I loved that they sponsor the Starfish Project. The beach was gorgeous and I spent hours snorkeling and swimming in the crystal-clear water, both in front of the hotel and further up the heavenly 7 Mile Beach. The Botanika Union Spa was top notch and the few massages I got there left me feeling like I was on Cloud 9. The concierge service was excellent, as was room service - they even surprised me with a cake on my birthday! The quality of service was top notch throughout the hotel. I have been privileged enough to travel quite a bit in the past, and I was sincerely impressed by this hotel. It will become one of my go-to places whenever I need to escape to paradise for a holistic reinvigorating experience. I came home feeling happy, refreshed, relaxed and completely at peace.

To be honest nothing really. Shame about the lack of beach but that's not the fault of the hotel !

Location was excellent. Service was exceptional. Room service was excellent. Food, in general, on the island was expensive. Liquor was moderately priced. Transport below average price in US cities. Drivers were far more pleasant. Vehicles were uniformly clean.

I liked the airport least. I disliked disembarking with carry on luggage on the tarmac, with luggage and a “feels like” temperature of 89. Really missed the modernity of US and EU airports. A lot.
