The Location was perfect & Luis the owner couldn’t have been more helpful! We really enjoyed our stay & couldn’t recommend it better. Great value also! It has a lovely roof terrace which overlooks the bay which was a nice bonus.

Lovely roof terrace! You can see dolphins from your bedroom window!

Spotless, safe, close to restaurants and marina.

Really nice and clean, Luis our host was very friendly. He prepared breakfast half hour earlier because we wanted to be on our way asap. Right on the camino trail.
On the main street, so it's a bit loud

Luis was very friendly, kind and helpful. The place was so clean and we could have breakfast in the same building. Luis took our backpacks to the next hotel so we could enjoy the climb better the next day. He referred us to a wonderful restaurant.

The hotel is quite older, but everything is in great shape and very clean. If you get an ocean view you will not be disappointed, it is breath taking. If you are walking Camino, the hotel is just on the way, next to the trail.
Older facility, but everything was clean and spotless, so everything was fine really.

comfortable and well located little hotel on the Camino de Santiago way.
the owner was very kind and full of good information about the region.
breakfast was very good!

The location and the staff were amazing. I really appreciate all the tips.
The rooms were very clean.
Bed was way too small for two people and you could literally listen to what your next door neighbours were talking about

The hosts were very friendly and helpful and recommended a lovely restaurant for dinner.
Breakfast was very good.
Excellent position for walking the Variante Espiriual.
The hotel room is rather small but as this is an older hotel it is to be expected.

Everything was great except the very loud dog of the neighbors. Nobody’s fault really but we didn’t sleep very well

Everything was super clean, comfy and the owner, mr. Luis, is really kind. If you need a place to stay very close to Pontevedra (7 km), visit the surroundings and stay in a sweet beautiful little town, this is your place! It's a place to come back for sure! :) Thank you very much! Gracias!

Really helpful staff and a beautiful town on the coast.
All was good

Staffs very friendly, i felt welcomed. Room is good for the price and location is OK. The hotel is right beside the main road yet not noisy due to the double layer windows.

Great location, lovely staff and incredible views.

The hotel is within a very easy walk to the old town and beach. The receptionist was very professional and nice.
The beds had plastic mattress covers and possibly polyester sheets which make you sweat all night. There is only a fan, which you can´t use if you are charging your phone. It is too hot to have the window closed when you are sleeping and the noise from the road keeps you awake. For the price there should be airconditioning. Otherwise the room itself was good and the beds large and mattress comfortable. Just a big problem with noise and heat.
1.5
The place is clean and tidy. However, if you're an older traveler, as I am, and you are already accustomed to large, cool, airy and quiet rooms, then this won't serve you. It is better to pay more and sleep adequately.
It is a small family staff that wears all hats. Very, very kind people. As hosts, they themselves merit 5 stars.
As far as the town goes, you can walk every town street slowly within 2 hours; but, it is an exquisite, absolute Must-see town. The architecture is unique to the area, the artesanal shops are fun and plentiful (a half dozen or so), and there is little better than to sit and relax and enjoy chiperones, pimientos de Padrón, etc., on any terrace overlooking the river. This mariner village is beautiful both day and night.
This is a self-advertised 1 star hotel and is perfect for *reduced-budgeted* pilgrim, which I am not. But, sadly, I was swayed by the high ratings to think the stay would be more comfortable than it actually is.
For example, the hotel sits on a main highway, so the noise of traffic, including buses and trucks, is heard all night. You can close your windows but then are in a closed, hot, stuffy box. You can turn on the small fan but then sleep with its hum and LED light. At 3 am I reopened the windows, traffic noise having lessened.
No breakfast buffet. One must ask for what they want. I'm shy so I asked minimally, not wanting to make anyone work. It is a small family staff that wears all hats. Very, very kind people. As hosts, they themselves merit 5 stars.
There is no real community lounge/sitting zone and the cafeteria/bar closes at 11h, so your options are stay outside (in the heat or the rain, depending,... Buying/consuming, drive somewhere else, or remain in your room. I rented for 3 nights but left after less than 24 hours. No refunds..... It was my first time to the area and I simply did not know what to expect.
If you come for the beaches, beware. They are extremely small, and offer no parasols or lounge chairs to rent, in fact, the beaches are too small for all that stuff. The sand is also wet and dark. The tides cycles out of the river gulf, or inlet, so that instead of a hot day swimming, you will enjoy a curious time walking 🚶 the river-bed and seeing boats dry docked. You have to time your swimming with the tide cycle, which changes about 2 or 4 times every 24 hours, so be aware of that.
Also, beware! Google maps is NOT updated. For example, it shows the restaurant, *Porta do Mar Asador* as "open" with great reviews. In fact, the place closed permanently in 2020, so change your plan. Alternatives are abundant, so, no worries.

The hosts were incredible and went out of their way to help you with questions, booking a taxi, etc. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view of the Rias Baixas. The roof terrace even more so! It was a great location, away from the main part of town so quiet but only a 2 minute walk away. Breakfast was great and very reasonably priced.
Everything was perfect
