Employees were nice and helpful.

Our AC didn’t work (32*c outside) so we had to move rooms, which was a long process in which the team stated the issue had been fixed while it wasn’t. The shower is incredibly small, not suitable for this time. A larger person simply wouldn’t fit. The hotel is an Italian style resort, so don’t expect full board. However there is kids entertainment which starts at 21 and ends at 00:00, very loud music so keep that in mind whole choosing.

the property is “dated”…poor lighting…poor and few electrical outlets…ancient shower… rooms need an update.

Clean, offered all amenities I expected and parking was very convenient. Very nice centralized location.

Morning coffee was horrible and cappuccino was undrinkable. Other than the coffee, breakfast offered a good selection.

First of all - free parking in dedicated car park opposite the resort! Yay! Can't believe how great this place was. Because it's a resort we were expecting something overcrowded and cheap but this is definitely not the case! Rooms are spacious clean practical with all the facilities you could need. Big highlight brass was the staff-super helpful even though they didn't speak great English and our Italian is awful we manage to communicate thanks to their great patience and amenability. Breakfast was really nice and comprehensive and sitting around the poor just stop so tranquil and sophisticated.
