Lots of nice upgrades finishes, appliances, and decorations. Loved the fenced in back yard for our two pups. Owners were great and when we wanted to extend our trip- they were quick to respond! The unit is a duplex and has off street parking for 2 vehicles. Close to grocery, restaurants and « the Fountain ». Great value. Thanks again!!

The townhome is in a great location for visiting Fountain Hills and mountain biking at McDowell Mountain Park. We walked to Fountain park everyday and enjoyed the easy walk around the park. The home was clean and has a very nice floor plan. We loved the back yard and covered patio.

This rental was in a great location in fountain Hills convenient to everything. The house was clean we like that the bedrooms were on separate sides of the house and there was a nice fenced in yard in the back. Would recommend this place for any person visiting fountain Hills

Smaller condo but well laid out and worked out fine for us. It would have been nice for the ad to highlight that one bedroom is a converted garage. Neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to trailheads.

The condo was clean and very functional for our family of six. Communication with Jackie and Philip was good when we needed assistance on a few things. It would have been nice if one of the issues was taken care of before our stay as they knew about it. Overall a really good place to stay for our 13 day vacation.

Great place to stay for activities in the Fountain Hills area. Close to the state park and an easy drive in Scottsdale. We had everything we needed and the place was very comfortable and well provisioned.

The house was exactly as described and in great condition. The owners were very professional. We had no special needs/requests/issues during our stay. I would stay again.

The house was perfect for my husband and two kids to stay for a long weekend for our niece's graduation. The property manager's were more than welcoming and accommodating! The house was clean and three king beds, two full baths was perfect! Also was fully stocked with anything you could want/need! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We stayed here while we were doing home renovations and it worked out perfect. Very easy access, ample parking for both cars, and our pets were happy, too. Very comfortable, big screen TV, fast internet which was appreciated as I do IT support from home, comfy beds, etc. You can tell the hosts have really tried to make their place as nice as possible. I'm not sure how this could have been better. If you're in Fountain Hills to go mountain biking, see the fountain or go to a arts festival, or explore the desert it's a very convenient location. We would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you and our dogs say thanks, too!

My mom is in her final stages of her cancer and comfort and time is so precious to her and me for her. She and I rented this place to bond and be in the beautiful city of Fountain Hills which is 30 Mins from her home in Apache Junction. This stay was memorable for many reasons and was accepted by awesome hosts that made sure we had everything we needed and were available to us 24 X 7. All I can say is thank you and I hope.many more are able to have such a special time in your rentals.

This rental was exactly what we wanted. Very clean, comfortable, and the hosts were great and easy to work with. Nice area in back for grilling and sitting outside. Kitchen is well-equipped with the essentials for those wanting to cook. Great walking and hiking trails minutes away.

No steps is crucial for us, bringing my elderly parents to warmer weather for a break from cold weather. This condo had a great floor plan for our needs. The distance to the fountain worked well for us. The kitchen was not as well supplied as some houses we have stayed in, but that can be easily remedied. The host was super accommodating.

Had all of the essential items needed for a home away from home.

We stayed here for some races at McDowell Mountain Park. It's only about a 7 min drive. Also close by is a nice set of kid's playgrounds near the fountain. I think the owner does allow pets, but we didn't notice any pet damage or any pet smell. Everything was clean and well stocked. The owner was very quick to reply to my one question about check out times.

Great condo, love the openness of it. Had a small dog and he love the back yard ( hard time to get him to come back in ). Great walking distance to Fountain. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, salons etc. very handy.

This home was very beautiful!! It is a short ride to restaurants, the casino and golf courses. Philip and Jackie are very fast to respond to questions and were super helpful!!

We loved this place! The only problem we had was getting a Lyft or Uber as we found out there are not many drivers here because it is out a bit. You have to plan ahead by ordering the car 30 minutes before you need it. We were very comfortable!

Central location in Fountain Hills. Very comfortable and clean unit. Spacious kitchen and dining area. Large bedrooms with plenty of room for luggage. Well stocked with toiletries, bottled water in fridge, and coffee/tea/hot chocolate.
