The room was very nice and quite big. The view was super nice direct in front of the lake.

Sadly the hotel lacks a lot in maintence and cleanliness on the common areas. They did not offer breakfast, quite bizarre on theese days. Eventhow they did send us an electric toaster.

Room was big and beds were comfortable (there is a small bed that can only fit a kid). Location was excellent

Hotel has very few facilities and they are not well maintained. Only offer breakfast.

There was not much I liked, best was the large room. Lobby and room was nice and clean.

Location of the hotel is bad. Finding it at the end of an dirt road was difiicult even with Waze. There were no signs and you could not believe a hotel could be on such a road. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant or cafe which makes the location worser. The only good thing about the location is it is on the beach. To have a drink or snack, the nearest place is on the beach 300-400 m away. To have a dinner you must go to Pucon center. In somertime car in the center is not recommended. Walking to center takes 10 min. Booking.com it was said during recervation process that the room is either to the beach or garden; it was towards a scrup land. The room had an kitchenette but no table or chairs. No coffeemaker or water kettle. No minibar! And on top of all, air conditioning did not work in the room. Staff is friendly but don't speak English, Finnish or any other language than Spanish.

It is a very well located hotel, near to the center. The pool is wonderful. Service great. Beautiful facilities. The owner is always available and friendly.
