plenty of breakfast options dedicated hotel parking, particularly useful given limited parking in town room was huge

lack of soundproofing, flushing in room above sounded like water was coming into the bathroom parking while useful is quite far from the hotel

the German concierge was really lovely and gracious, helped us with a lot of questions. The orange juice was good too.

This was the worst night’s sleep we’ve ever had. The walls are paper thin so we heard a neighbor vomiting throughout the night. We were kept up all night by an orchestra of toilets flushing, taps running, people coughing. It really ruined our hike the next day due to exhaustion. When we requested reimbursement, no options were offered.

The hotel has a parking lot just outside the small city center, si you don’t need to navigate the small streets of Soller. the staff was really kind and accommodates our early check out and even prepared us breakfast to go!

Beautiful spacious bedroom with balcony and lovely view over the pool. The bed was incredibly comfortable, beautiful linen and plenty of cupboard space. We could not fault the bedroom and wonderful bathroom, spotlessly clean and a great peaceful place in very busy Soller. The pool was wonderful with beautiful views around and he sounds of church bells chiming. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and great variety every day. The staff throughout were very good and friendly, especially the lovely lady on reception.

We ate in the hotel restaurant one night and had a very unpleasant meal and experience with the head of the restaurant. We had ordered a paella and before ordering discussed it with the head of catering that my husband needed to be attending a meeting an hour later. He reassured us there would be no problem. The dreadful burnt paella arrive 45 minutes later, it had quite obviously been overcooked and then left under warming lamps for ages... we tried to talk to the head but he was very rude. It was a shame as everything else about our stay was magnificent.

The staff very friendly our room was beautiful. we had the view of the mountains as requested. The hotel has an amazing architecture.

We loved everything about the property.

This hotel is located in a lovely setting. The facilities are great. The rooms are basic, very clean and have aircon which was much needed (first week of September was still really hot). Decent breakfast buffet, amazing pool area to relax. Friendly and very helpful reception from the owner. She took time to talk through the area with the map and recommendations which was really appreciated. Short walking distance to loads of good restaurants and shops. Highly recommend the restaurant La Romaguera down the road (must book).

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was our room overlooked the entrance to the hotel and the delivery truck was extremely noisy in the morning. Grounds and other staff were also quite loud around pool area which affected peace and enjoyment somewhat.

Great pool, great location, great value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was really good every day and while we didn't eat in the restaurant during our stay, it looked really good.

Rooms are a little dated (at least ours was) and our room was facing the street which was mostly quiet but the traffic and people could be a little noisy, the shower was cold(ish) most evenings

it is very subtle and just perfectly Spanish . the staff are excellent.

Restaurant not always available for lunch/dinner which was unexpected. if aware would have booked elsewhere for dinner. Only came up on one occasion.

we loved it all! the decor, the room, the pool, the lounge. it was beautiful!! staff were lovely and it was just a pleasure to be there.

There breakfast was very average not much choice in terms of fruit /yoghurt or healthy options - that would be my one area that they could improve on - also they didn’t seem to offer any other breakfast options to order
