Desayuno sin mucha variedad, pan hallulla no muy bueno.

Personal muy amable y presto a resolver solicitudes La habitación muy bien, salvo la ducha. El sistema provoca que el agua se salga y quede el pizo mojado complicando la circulación. Hay que modernizar la grifería

Bar muy básico, pocas ofertas y persona que atiende poco preparada

Café da manhã no quarto super cuidadoso. Atendimento cordial e eficiente. Vista do quarto maravilhosa! Vale cada centavo! Quem escolher com vista poderá ter de presente um por do sol espetacular. Quem não fizer questão da vista pode sofrer com o barulho da avenida.

No segundo dia o bar e seu maravilhoso piscosauer não estavam disponíveis. Uma pena. Faltou ovo mexido no segundo café da manhã, mas podíamos ter pedido. Como havia outras coisas, optamos por não reclamar.

Breakfast was ok the first day the next half the items weren’t incl from previous day.

The premises is too dark and looks run down. Having breakfast in a room is sheer silly in todays world. The bathroom towels were not good worn out.

Fantastic location on the ocean with amazing view from the room and balcony. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Facilities are clean and the staff were very helpful.

Breakfast is filling (yogurt, bread, ham and cheese, fruit) but fresh coffee (instead of instant) and options of granola or eggs to order as well as toast would make it better :)

We stayed at the Oceanic Hotel from November 11, 2022, to November 13, 2022. On the day of our departure from the hotel, Sunday, November 13, 2022, after putting our bags in the car, two men approached our vehicle while we were a few meters (2-3) away from the car. They stole a personal bag with our wallets (300 USD, 100 000 Chilean pesos, and credit cards inside), passports, all documents, and personal items. Then, they went in the car (a white Toyota Hilux) and left immediately from the hotel parking lot. During our stay, we noticed that the hotel parking lot was locked, and cars could only enter and leave the premises as long as someone from the hotel staff opened the gate (chain). I want to point out that someone from the hotel had to allow vehicle entry and exit after the break-in. We went to the front desk immediately after we were robbed and explained the situation. We asked for help at the front desk to contact the police, as we are foreigners and have no knowledge of the Spanish language. We also asked the receptionist if it was possible to get the recording of the security camera covering the entrance and parking lot. The receptionist assured us that all the information had been passed to the police, with the photo of the license plates of the cars and the faces of the thieves. Finally, the receptionist informed us that we had to wait for the police at the hotel.

After more than an hour and a half of waiting at the hotel reception, the receptionist informed us that we had to go to the police station on our own and that the police were not coming, contrary to what the hotel staff had said. Immediately after leaving the hotel, we went to the police station indicated by the receptionist to receive confirmation that we had been robbed, which was necessary to apply for temporary passports at the Polish Embassy. We were surprised to hear at the indicated police station that they had not received any information from the hotel staff about the theft. Therefore, the one and a half hour wait time at the hotel when the receptionist was supposedly reporting the situation to the police only delayed our testimony at the police station. The delay also gave the thieves time to escape and attempt to steal the money from our credit cards. During that time, we received notifications about attempts to pay the amount of 988888.00 CLP with the stolen credit cards at the Movitechs Spa Valparaiso ATM. In addition, contrary to what the receptionist said, the security camera recordings were not passed on to the police either. Despite the loss of the wallets (with money and credit cards inside) and the incredibly difficult process of obtaining temporary documentation and traveling back to Europe with it, we are extremely disappointed with the Oceanic Hotel staff who not only failed to help us but through their neglect of security measures exposed us to a very dangerous situation and later delayed our contact with law enforcement officials.

Only instant coffee is offered, rude waitress, constantly lying young receptionist, fortunately there was one more helpful to get something to eat in the mornings. Fake coffee maker in the lobby, consider it as a decoration.

The views were amazing! Small family run business and the owner was super friendly and helpful. the staff was amazing! The breakfast was exceptional. perfect location

Fantástico! We had an amazing time in Hotel Oceanic. You can’t beat the view in the room — gorgeous ocean scenery. Bed was comfortable. Staff were exceptional. Price was amazing. 6/5

The staff is very attentive to your needs; no complaints there. The room had a fantastic view of Viña. The pool is temperature controled. You can take a dip even when the sun is down. But, the area is very windy. The breakfast is served in your room; very tasty.

There is no restaurant in the Hotel, you need to leave it or cater in using an App. Better have lots of cash on you or deposit to the Hotel staff who will in turn order your food. Note, the hotel website shows images of an internal restaurant which is deceiving. Its not easy to leave the Hotel area either; the heavy traffic does not allow for left hand turns which is where the restaurants are located. There is a 15 minute walk to nearest restaurants and the walkway must be shared with speeding cyclists. Dangerous.

The hotel has a beautiful view, a heated pool with ocean view and room service. Its the kind of place where you feel cosy. We came during the world cup, so there was a nice place for everyone to watch matches and share. They also do massages which i found lots more relaxing than any other time I had a massage. The staff is always ready to help.

Before the pandemic the hotel used to have a restaurant which I had heard great things about, unfortunately, after the pandemic they still haven't reopened said restaurant. Breakfast is brought to your room, and though that may be a preference for some, i prefer to have the option to have "a nice buffet style breakfast". Of course if i knew these things before choosing, i would have still chosen this marvelous hotel.
