Hotel muito limpo, piscinas limpas e muito bem cuidadas, área de lazer linda, funcionários muito educados, fui recebida com uma rosa.
O quarto standard é pequeno

A estrutura e a comida. Para quem tem crianças é excelente, tem brinauedoteca, tem parquinho, tem animais, tem recreação para crianças maiores.
As monitoras da brinquedoteca são muito atenciosas.
Os brinquedos na brinquedoteca poderiam ser repostos. Tem panela quebrada, geladeira sem puxador..

Bedroom rooms wasn’t cleaned well, Old, smells really bad, TV doesn’t work properly, Bathroom disgusting old and etc… Price high and do not comes with a 5 “stars” Hotel!!!

Fantastic breakfast with diverse buffet options. Fruit and the such like for the health conscious to bacon and scrambled eggs. Lactose-free milk and gluten-free bread available.
I did feel that the quality for the evening buffet had dropped from previous visits. Instead of fillet steak for one of the dishes and entire baked fish, a cheaper cut of meat and cheaper farmed fish were on the menu.

Everything is very good: food, staff are very kind, very fun area in the pool.
The rooms are clean but they could be renovated since the furniture and the bed is kinda old.

There was a lot of activities for the kids. It was clean.
Due to COVID, they should have had one way into the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and one way out.

First, the manager. The buffet. The installations, and the cost. No Internet. Not coming back ever. Don’t recommend.

The swimming pool was great. And the food is good as well! There are diverse outdoor activities, so the kids can enjoy during their stay.
The room is uncomfortable. The room was so small and we saw lots of insects(centipede, cockroach etc.) in bathroom and the bedroom.
