Gorgeous Hotel, small rooms but enough space for 2 people. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Small, but clean and functioning spa. Absolutely stunning view at the Mont-Blanc from the restaurant as well as from the hotel room we got from an upgrade they gave us. Dinner was delicious and plenty of choice. Breakfast was good.
The only downside is the location. You absolutely have to have a car in the summer, but it makes up for the view.

probably the best place to stay by far. very close to megeve and next door to the slopes. the views are stunning. waking up with a view to the sunrise behind the Montblanc is mesmerizing. the food is delicious. the breakfast buffet has many options with local produce. the view from breakfast area is like watching a high definition screen. Dinner is cosy and the place has a very warm
atmosphere. the stuff is very friendly. Marina the F&B maitre was well informed and accommodating with all our needs. Melissa was very sweet. Kenneth was our man for drinks and cocktails. Elliott was very friendly and Rodrigo at the breakfast had a smile that made your day. thank you for the great memories and hope we visit you again.
there is nothing to not like. I would say its a five star chalet. very clean and the amenities smell wonderfully

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous mountain Chalet! Recently completely rennovated, the rooms were modern, clean, and comfortbale, the bathrooms were upgraded, and everyone in our group 4 had rooms with incredible balconies that overlooked Mont Blanc! We especially loved hanging out in the lounge / lobby area and bplaying card games until late in the evening. the staff was incredibly attentive as well.
Their Sauna wasn't yet ready for visitors to use and we really wish they had a large sauna as well as an outdoor hottub. Now that the number of rooms they offer has doubled (at least), we hope the amenities can keep up. A hottub / spa would have made the stay PERFECT.

Really friendly staff, decent sized room with very comfortable room and bed. The hotel is situated very close to the ski lifts. Fabulous view from the breakfast / dining room.
Not much. The pillows were quite hard and large.

Great view, cozy interiors, really convenient location to get both to the city or to the ski lifts. The staff work like a family and took awesome care of us. The restaurant they have is a top spot for the entire area, so super comfortable for lunches and dinners. And the breakfast featured a lot of local French produce. Cannot recommend enough.
Nothing, everything was really up to our expectations.

Fantastic views. Lovely hotel and great staff. Ski lift just across the road so very convenient. Food was excellent.
Hotel is out of town, which is fine if you intend staying at the hotel in the evenings. Taxis are expensive to get into town if you are a couple or family and not able to split the costs.

Our room was very comfortable, had stunning views and a great balcony. The location was excellent for accessing the ski lifts. The choice and quality of the breakfast was excellent and the evening meals were also very good. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
The hotel is a bit of a taxi journey if you want to explore Megeve in the evening although the hotel will organise taxis for you but they can be a little expensive.

Breakfast is amazing, very nice view and ideally located next to the slopes
The sauna is not accessible when a guest has booked a massage hence you can't access the sauna whenever you want.

Amazing staff, helpful, professional, and friendly, they do their ultimate best to make you happy!
spacious area, 3 rooms, 2 toilets (W/C and washbasin) 1 toilet (with two showers and two washbasins!) Kitchen is fully equipped with high tech equipment; dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, water boiler, coffee machine, 3 balconies each with different view, city road and mountain.
1. Areas in the apartment needs redesign.
2. Two toilets are very tight 1m x 1m only w/c and a washbasin
3. One toilet has two shower areas and two washbasins WHY?!
4. One room has no door! Again WHY?!
5. Living room has no curtains but has a sofa bed! Again WHY?!

Convenient location close to the ski school & beginners area
Excellent Views (unfortunately spoiled by surrounding construction and a large crane)
Good breakfast
Nice furniture (seats, tables..) and room design/ decoration
Smiling, easy going, helpful staff
Room was very hot and dry
Beds and linens okay, but not particularly comfortable
Room's equipment rather light
Excessive use of interior parfum around the hotel
The surroundings of the hotel are not so charming (a busy road, a large parking, buildings under construction..)

Room was spacious with a nice view. Breakfast was decent. Very nice bathroom with bath tub and shower and towel warmers.
Only one of the rooms was good, the rest of the rooms had no view at all nor windows and were very small. Especially the twin bed room it was impossible to sleep in there. It was messy and extremely small, suffocating. You could hear noises from the elevator in the room. Both toilette(loo) rooms were tiny so small a normal size person couldnt fit in. The rooms were not so clean. There was a lot of dust all around the apartment.

Friendly staff and location opposite slopes/ski rental/ski pass sales is great. Views across to Mt Blanc are beautiful
It’s only a two course meal for half board which feels a bit mean in a ski hotel. Menu is varied but sadly not for vegetarians. Chef made us something special each night which was kind of them but shouldn’t be necessary. However in fairness to them, this is France, a country that has yet to come to terms with modern dining

Excellent staff, great views and facilities, beautiful chalet interiors. It is right on the sky lift, ideal for skiers.
Nothing, but if you are not there to ski, note that this is out of the village and most of the wonderful walks in this part of the world (views of Mont Blanc etc) do not depart directly from the hotel, and require a bit of a drive.

This was our fourth visit to the hotel. As always, it didn't disappoint. The room with a view of Mont Blanc is amazing. The hotel is under new ownership and the new staff are amazing. The breakfast is much better under the new ownership.
I wasn't fond of the pillows. They were too thick for my comfort, but the staff found me some thinner pillows, which were much better. I have to admit that I liked the old layout of the lobby. The location where the bar was previously located is now the check-in area, which I think is a wasted space, and the bar is now where the old reception was located. The old bar was much more inviting, plus it had a fireplace. I do miss that.

Too warm in the bedroom.
