Quiet localtion and plenty of space on the balcony. Breakfast was more than adequate. Staff were extremely freindly and helpful. Thay always had a smile and were quick to help.

Beyond their control, constant smokers on the balconys next to room so we couldn't sit out or even open our door due to the smell entering. Pool was a little too warm.

Very beautiful location and accommodation.

The food, every Thai dish is too sweet. That shouldn't be so.

Beautiful location, very attentive staff. Would definitely recommend Tui Blue and will hopefully return for another holiday.

Was a very comfortable stay and rooms are nice . We had one with the ocean view and a balcony . The staff were very helpful and gave us a breakfast box as we were Leaving early for our tours to Surin and similan islands .The food in the hotel restaurant is great . Also they arrange transport if you want to go into town where there are many restaurants and bars .the hotel also has complimentary activities like yoga aqua aerobics etc

The resort is in a beautiful location, right on the beach, gorgeous sunset spot, pools are great and the gym classes were awesome. Adults only resort so perfect for a solo traveller. Breakfast was amazing

I appreciate that a resort on the beach needs to consider a dress code, but I didn't really appreciate a sleeves requirement. Most of my very nice dresses are strappy. I didn't go to the restaurants to eat as a result.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Very extensive breakfast, especially coffee served to the tables in the morning was awesome service ja coffee itself was great! Clean and tidy place. As a couple we appreciated Hotel being adult only location.

everything went well from taxi meeting at air port right through to the taxi taking us back to the airport 14 days later

Great location - beach was perfect. Some nice restaurants close by (Gold Elephant recommended 😃). Breakfast was in a lovely setting.

The sun beds near the beach were always taken early in the day - maybe more area could be made available as lying looking out at the wonderful beach and sea is very soothing.

The surroundings, gardens, beach etc and the quiet location were a bonus and the quality of the venue was very high. The staff were without exception very helpful and obliging to all our requests.

The main menu after a week became a bit restricted insofar as we were searching for a bit of variety towards the end.

The resort was superb. The room with pool access was fantastic. Unfortunately [for Tui Blue] the resort was almost empty but the meals and service they provided was excellent. The location was close to the road and within easy walking distance to shops, markets and a variety of good restaurants. Khun Jo, who ran the activities program was lovely and was disappointed that their weren't more participants. Hopefully, more tourists will return to Kho Lak as it has been a tough couple of years for the tourist industry there.

Not that anything can be done about it, but the beach was a bit rocky and with an onshore swell we didn't do a lot of ocean bathing.

Tremendous location and a beautifull hotel. Food was fantastic breakfast and the 2 restaurants where awsome. Absolute paradise.

the beachfront bungalows, the attentive and forthcoming staff and manager, the peacefulness and quiet

while the ocean rocks are great to look at and have an own charm, the downside is that they are not ideal for swimming

not too many menu items in the restaurant not ideal if you wish to swim in the sea because of the many rocks

Not 4 star hotel standard -very poor breakfast, pork is rotten and pancake is frozen -poor &slow service from staff -no air con at lobby
