Room recently renovated and nicely decorated. Quiet area good wifi and having Netflix available was a bonus. Good location close to water, shops and eating places.

Room was very clean and spacious. Hosts were very attentive. Location not really central to Woolgoolga but cost was good.

better transparency around cost of rooms. I needed a late check-in (8:30pm) and my original booking needed to be upgraded and this cost me an additional 50% and then it was self check-in when I arrived. I needed pet friendly accommodations and having a pet is an additional charge $25/pet. the room was good value but I prefer these details to be upfront and transparent at the point of booking. out of the motels control but the woman in room 17 was horrific. she spent the entire night and early morning screaming and yelling expletives at her travelling companion. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

The fact that the room booked 3 weeks before was a tiny room at the back of the reception area and toilet and shower was shared with the staff. Spoketo the Manager and told him n that this accommodation was not açceptablec and then Ieft the premises.
